* Tomorrow (Thursday) is the last day to purchase a firearm with an FFL that honors the 3 day rule! *
How it works if submitted on Thursday:
* The background check gets submitted Thursday.
* One has to wait 3 full business days - Friday, Monday, and Tuesday.
* Your purchase may be released Wednesday.
* Measure 114 is in effect Thursday.
NOTE: If submitting today, remove one business day from the timeline above.
If the Emergency Injunction is granted in full or in part (as long as it includes the "permit to purchase" requirement), this will be a moot point for the time being. However, don't rely on the injunction being granted.

SECOND LAWSUIT FILED!!!
Today Mark Fritz, Grayguns Inc., G4 Archery, Second Ammendment Foundation, and Firearms Policy Coalition Inc. filed the second lawsuit.
Defendants are Ellen Rosenblum (Attorney General) and Terri Davie (Superintendent of OSP).
Fritz v. Rosenblum
Case #: 3:22-cv-01859
They have also filed an Emergency Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction.
