Introducing $X — the native governance and utility token of TaleX.

It enables a permissionless Web3 Creator Economy of tomorrow that restores control to the creators and audiences alike.

Starting with the emerging ContentFi market, $X follows $BTC "Anti-Capitalism" idea.

1️⃣ $X token adopts a Consume-to-Earn mechanism, similar to popular content tokens.

After the TGE, all users who pay for content on TaleX platform or otherwise transact/interact with the platform will receive $X rewards based on their spending and interactions.

The core utility of the token is:

→ 6% Discount for Consumers
When users pay platform fees using $X, they receive a 6% discount, which directly matches the platform's native commission rate for content consumption. This creates ongoing utility and an incentive to hold and use the token.

→ TaleX Value Reserve
100% of platform revenue will also be injected into the $X liquidity pool, allowing token holders to benefit from platform growth. To develop a self-sustainable, closed-loop economy, 100% of the platform revenue would be:

1. Allocated towards $X liquidity pool to facilitate stability and ensure that users would be able to trade $X for usage and ecosystem.

2. Allocated towards incentives for active contributors interacting within the ecosystem.

Budget usage will follow a transparent monthly withdrawal model, where operational expenses are gradually drawn from the liquidity pool to ensure sustainability and trust.

→ ContentFi Crypto Rails
Content projects are encouraged to pair their own ContentFi tokens with $X native token as the unit of account in liquidity pools, which is one of the most scalable use cases for $X. This would have the advantage of creating stability and certainty within the ecosystem.

TaleX has allocated 58% of the total $X supply to Ecosystem, Community, and Initial Offering. This reflects TaleX’s commitment to a simple idea: The long-term pursuit of doing the right thing.

The $X release model is designed to ensure long-term sustainability and fair governance.

→ TGE + 3 months: Ecosystem and Community tokens begin linear monthly release over 120 and 12 months respectively.
→ TGE + 12 months: Investor, Advisor, Team tokens begin linear monthly release over 12 months.
