If Charlie would have lived in Europe, he would still be alive.
Because he would be in prison.
Even though he was moderate, pretty much every event or show he did, contained statements that are punishable by prison in many European countries. His organisation would also be banned and its assets confiscated.
Zero political parties would come to his aid. With few exceptions, even those on the ‘far right’ would be more likely to disavow him or remain silent than to come to his aid. You might be misled by their posts about Kirk right now, but this is only because he is dead and American. If he were alive or European, they wouldn’t be making videos and posts in support.
The event would also not have been able to take place. It would have been banned by the University or the City and any organisations inviting him would be thrown out of university.
Most Americans have no idea how bad things are in Europe, and frankly — even most Europeans have no idea because this drawn out civilisational suicide is their reality. They don’t know how different things could be.

This Harris poll recently found 61% of Hispanics and 57% of Blacks considered moving abroad in the next 2 years. Remigration would absolutely NOT require "cataclysmic violence" as some have suggested.
Lots of interesting factors in here. But the fact that minority groups are already interested in moving abroad indicates we CAN have public policy that is a win-win for everyone if we can get over the "but that's racist" bit.

The White House has raised the visa fee for H1B's to $100,000 PER YEAR.
Per the White House's modification of the H1B program, any H1B currently outside America at 12 midnight tonight will be DENIED ENTRY until their employer pays the updated $100,000 visa fee, despite there being no federal treasury system portal to pay such a fee.
H1Bs, the majority of which are given to Indians, are often used on "frequent fliers" who return to India carrying precious metals as remittances to avoid taxation on exit and entry to India.
Aside from congressional intervention this is the most severe de facto restriction on the H1B visa available to the admin's executive branch powers, while still allowing the odd European doctor or scientist to stay in America.

A short poll increased the number of respondents who understand that legal immigration is a net negative from 5.7% to 8.7%.
More respondents agreed with limiting the immigration of ethnic groups with a record of extreme nepotism than disagreed, including Independents.

Here is the text of the order:
Section 1. Antifa as a Terrorist Threat.
Antifa is amilitarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government, law enforcement authorities, and our system of law.
It uses illegal means to organize and execute a campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide to accomplish these goals. This campaign involves coordinated efforts to obstruct enforcement of Federal laws through armed standoffs with law enforcement, organized riots, violent assaults on Immigration and Customs Enforcement and other law enforcement officers, and routine doxing of and other threats against political figures and activists.
Antifa recruits, trains, and radicalizes young Americans to engage in this violence and suppression of political activity, then employs elaborate means and mechanisms to shield the identities of its operatives, conceal its funding sources and operations in an effort to frustrate law enforcement, and recruit additional members.
Individuals associated with and acting on behalf of Antifa further coordinate with other organizations and entities for the purpose of spreading, fomenting, and advancing political violence and suppressing lawful political speech. This organized effort designed to achieve policy objectives by coercion and intimidation is domestic terrorism.
Sec. 2. Designation as a Domestic Terrorist Organization.
Because of the aforementioned pattern of political violence designed to suppress lawful political activity and obstruct the rule of law, I hereby designate Antifa as a "domestic terrorist organization."
All relevant executive departments and agencies shall utilize all applicable authorities to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations --especially those involving terrorist actions -- conducted by Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa, or for which Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa provided material support, including necessary investigatory and prosecutorial actions against those who fund such operations.
Sec. 3. General Provisions. (a)
This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law.
This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
(b) This order shall be published in the Federal Register.
