UPDATE: After the conference calls with Docusign and Constant Contact today they will increase the limit for sending group messages and bulk emails. They automatically implicate restrictions one you cross a certain threshold. I have been waiting for this increase since erly last week but it is a process so please be understanding.

Thank you for your patience. I anticipated this downtime in organizing everyone, Hints the reason why the cut off date was for april. Everything will be handled accordingly and trust me I am in the same boat as you as I never needed to do any of this but gladly donate my time to this cause because I beleive it is something that needs to be done. You can start your own bank at a certain amount of funds and the last thing the system wants is a bunch of good everyday Americans figuring out how to be apart of a hedge fund trust which empowers them.
