Russians are actively stuffing their shells with metal darts, all to make sure there are as many wounded people as possible. Given that Russia is actively bombing Ukrainian residential areas, most of these shells hit the civilian population.

In Berdyansk, the occupation administrator, whom Russians put in charge of the captured Ukrainian city, was killed. Partisans got to him by blowing up his car. He died of burns in the hospital. Working for Russia in Ukraine is a death sentence for oneself.
