NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF UPM STUDENT EMAIL SERVICES FOR GRADUATES EXCEEDING 12 MONTHS
Referring to the UPM Email Guidelines Version 4.0, paragraph (8.0)(b) – Email Termination, please be informed that the termination of UPM email services for students who have graduated will be implemented starting 24 October 2024, involving the following group of students:
a. Postgraduate students who have graduated for more than 12 months
b. Postgraduate students who have graduated and were granted email extension beyond 24 months
Accordingly, UPM student email accounts as mentioned above will be deleted from the UPM email system starting 30 June 2025.
This email service termination will also involve the deletion of all data associated within the email ecosystem, such as Google Drive, Google Calendar, and other related Google services accessed via UPM email.
