Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa pihak German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) kini membuka permohonan bagi pelbagai program biasiswa untuk warganegara Malaysia yang berhasrat melanjutkan pengajian di Jerman bagi tahun akademik 2026. The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) invites applications from qualified Malaysian citizens for Master’s and PhD scholarships in agriculture and related fields for the academic year 2026–2027.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR "SUSPENDED" STUDY STATUS

Dear Postgraduate Student,

Please check your current study status in the system. If your status is ‘Suspended’, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1.Failure to complete and pass the Seminar (Research Proposal) (SPS5903/SPS6903) by the end of your second semester.
o Note: Failure to fulfil this requirement will result in termination in the following semester.

2. Failure to nominate a Supervisory Committee by the end of your second semester.
o Note: Failure to do so will result in termination in the following semester.

3. Failure to complete and pass the Research Methodology course before the third semester.
o Note: Failure to meet this requirement will result in termination in the following semester.

If your suspension is related to any of the reasons above, please take the necessary action immediately to avoid further implications.

Dear Postgraduate Students,

Kindly check your study status, if your study status is ‘Suspended’ it might be one of the following reasons:

(i) Fail the PIE 2 twice. You are allowed to repeat the PIE 2 in the third semester /trimester but you will be barred from registering any other course. If you pass the PIE 2, you will be allowed to continue your study but if you fail, your candidature shall be terminated;

(ii) Fails to submit an academic certificate by the end of second semester/trimester. Failure to do so by the end of third semester/trimester will result in termination;

(iii) Fails twice the prerequisite course for programme of study. If you passes the prerequisite course in the third semester/trimester, you will be allowed to continue your study but if you fails, your candidature shall be terminated.

Therefore, kindly take necessary action to update for alteration of your study status from ‘Suspended’ to ‘Continue’ (if related) and to avoid any unnecessary circumstances.
