March 31, President Donald Trump (R) signed an executive order requiring the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to mail absentee/mail-in ballots only to an approved list of voters eligible to vote in federal elections. The order, entitled Ensuring Citizenship Verification and Integrity in Federal Elections, requires the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to use federal data to create a list of U.S. citizens who are eligible to vote in each state and submit each state’s list to its respective chief election official.

It is already federal law that people here illegally cannot vote. The enumerated powers in the Constitution give jurisdiction over citizenship to the federal government. The executive branch of the federal government is to enforce laws. This is precisely what President Trump is doing by issuing the executive order regarding the post office not allowing noncitizens to participate in voting by mail. He is enforcing existing law that falls under the federal government's jurisdiction.
He has every right and authority to do precisely what he is doing!

Federal criminal statutes prohibit various forms of fraud, especially in elections involving federal candidates:18 U.S.C. § 611: Prohibits non-citizens from voting in federal elections.
18 U.S.C. § 1015(f): Criminalizes false claims of U.S. citizenship to register or vote.
52 U.S.C. § 10307: Bans intimidation, false information in registration/voting, multiple voting, and conspiracies to encourage unlawful voting (applies to federal elections).

I wanted to thank everyone for their support for the Citizen Zoom call on Monday. It was very upsetting that someone took over the Zoom and shared inappropriate material. Mike and I have been working on this with a live chat from Zoom. We have five security measures we can put in place to prevent that from ever happening again. We will persevere. It certainly highlights the evil that exists and the battle we are in for America and for the protection of the youth. I hope we have even more citizens next month on May 4th!

After a 68% error rate with mail-in ballots was found in the Michigan 2020 election, a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Machines by election experts was performed, the results were released by a judge that read:

Phil is exactly right when he said only 40% of the voter rolls are public. I know this firsthand because three years ago I requested them from the four largest counties and that is all I could get. An important point to make note of is that it is critically important for transparent voter rolls particularly when you have mail-in voting. That is precisely the situation we have in Utah. Transparent voter rolls means that duplicates, deceased, or illegal voters can be more readily identified. It is imperative that the citizens can have their eyes on this because with mail-in voting ballots are printed for all of those people on the rolls.
