They still need a whole bunch of volunteers!

This is a very serious issue. Let's pray these gerrymandering efforts in Virginia are stopped!

A Virginia judge ruled on April 22 that the state’s redistricting referendum approved by voters a day earlier was invalid, nullifying the election results.Voters approved the new map by a thin margin—51.5 percent to 48.5 percent—making Virginia the latest state to gerrymander its congressional seats in favor of Democrats. The map is intended to give the Democratic Party 10 out of the 11 congressional seats in the state, a drastic shift from the current map, in which Republicans hold five districts.

Rep Jake Sawyer and I are going to work on a bill that has to do with disclosure of funding from out of state by organizations that lobby our state legislature.
I saw this display at the Capitol that talks about the lion statues. I just love to see those lions as you walk in. The originals were made in 1916. They were replaced in 2007 using carrara marble.
This event just warms my heart. Only God can preserve America. So grateful for those that organized this event.

This past weekend, America Reads the Bible kicked off in Washington D.C. -- a historic event dedicated to publicly reading God's Word, cover to cover. All week, for 12 hours a day, hundreds of believers, political leaders, celebrities, and more are taking turns reading the Scriptures from Genesis all the way to Revelation.

The heart of this initiative is to parallel Ezra's reading of the Word aloud to the people of Israel in Nehemiah 8:1-3, seeking to inspire revival, repentance, and our necessary spiritual rebuilding as a nation. Family Research Council is honored to be a partner in this event
Thank you!!

A judge in Virginia has voided a voter-approved redistricting measure and blocked certification of the election results, ruling that the amendment violated multiple provisions of the state constitution, according to a final judgment entered April 22 in Tazewell County Circuit Court.

This is Charles Castleberry. We are holding copies of some of Jefferson's writings from 1774 and 1775. Jefferson had already written much of the Declaration of Independence when he wrote The Summary view of the Rights of British America written in July of 1774.
Charles Castleberry explains in his book The Declaration's Forgotten Liberties that there was an important clause removed from Jefferson's version of the Declaration. The slavery clause that Jefferson wrote was an assault against slavery and its profound evils. From his own writing you can see he refers to slaves as MEN in capitol letters. Jefferson's Declaration of Independence meant that ALL people of race and gender have unalienable rights from God.
Lots of people at the Republican State Convention today!
Karianne Lisonbee did great against Blake Moore.
Kennedy came in strong. I love Mike Kennedy!
Here are the final results of CD3. I love all the flags they had.
Gavin Newsom knew about the fraud. He wasn't a bit concerned about it. California it is time for new leadership that will go after fraud and crime.
Carter Braxton was a signer of the Declaration of Independence. He inherited a fortune from his father. At the end of 1775, Braxton was elected as a member of the Continental Congress. As the War began, normal trade routes to Britain were cut off. This caused devastating economic consequences for the colonies. Braxton's debts overwhelmed him and his estate was seized. He lost his fortune because of his stand for liberty.
This is an important case!

A federal appeals court upheld a Texas law that says public school classrooms must have displays of the Ten Commandments. This could lead to a case in the U.S. Supreme Court about the role of religion in public education.

Rob and I are good friends. He understands federalism and the importance of the fragmentation of power perfectly. He will be great in the legislature.

Rob Bishop, who represented northern Utah in Congress from 2003 to 2021, was elected by GOP delegates during the state Republican Convention on Saturday to House District 6 following the resignation of Rep. Matthew Gwynn.

At the State GOP Convention Stuart Adams received 54.8% of the delegate vote in the Senate District 7 race on Saturday, compared to 43.2% for Braden Hess. Both will advance to the primary, although Adams had already secured a spot on the ballot by gathering signatures.

However, another GOP candidate, Stephanie Hollist, also qualified for the primary after gathering signatures.
