This is sickening. Think of how much more money each Utah family would have if we could stop the unethical and fraudulent use of tax payer dollars. I am heartsick that this is happening in Utah.

Documented facts: Utah awarded large no-bid contracts to Nomi. Senior officials pushed hard for the program and its suppliers. Federal inspectors later found serious safety lapses. The state renewed the contracts anyway. Connected firms later funneled substantial money into Utah Republican politics. Letts not go into how much CentraCom, Gov Cox's family operated company, received during the Covid era.

I agree with the Tribune on this one! The data center will be paid for by the citizens and the profits will go to the private developers. This is wrong.

We know that Utah did not require proof of citizenship through that time. Millions of people here illegally were added to the voter rolls. Thank you to Rep Maloy who ran HB 209 last session that requires citizenship verification.

Utah is number one for the increase in the cost of homes. Only the free market can fix this problem. There are several Utah policies that are increasing the cost of housing while giving the developers astronomical profits.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation just settled a lawsuit with Arizona that required them to provide records identifying voter roll maintenance errors from Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC). These errors from ERIC can Impact live voters. Utah is one of the few republican states using ERIC. We do not have access to these records in Utah either. We don't know if citizens have mistakenly been removed or how they are using our data. Please support a bill in 2027 to remove Utah from ERIC.
