Chris Bramwell is now speaking. He is the chief data privacy officer for the state. The last four sessions Utah has created the government data privacy act. He said any new computer system in Utah have to comply. Old systems have to declare that they can't comply and then when the computer system is updated it has to come into compliance. Each entity in Utah has to report to his office.

Although you just completed a citizenship review of our voter rolls please share Utah’s full, unredacted statewide voter rolls with the federal SAVE database to identify illegal aliens. You stated you could not do this due to privacy issues, but the following Utah law gives you full authority to share this information with another government entity. Please show cooperation going forward to ensure our voter rolls are as accurate as possible.

Utah Code § 20A-2-502(2)(a) The lieutenant governor may cooperate or enter into an agreement with a governmental entity or another state to share information and increase the accuracy of the database.

MIDA Fact (Remember that MIDA is an appointed board):

63H-1-201(3)(j) MIDA may levy a municipal energy tax, mida energy tax, telecommunications tax, transient room tax, resort communities tax.

This is taxation without representation. In a constitutional republic only those elected to represent the people should be able to tax.

This is Erin Longacre. She is on the state school board. She replaced Molly Hart. She is explaining there is a difference between the Utah State Board of education and the education agency. The agency is the state superintendent and all the staff. They work together, but are not the same.

The USBE met with the governor yesterday. Erin said they finally have a board that is united. They talked about AI. Both sides said the students need to go back to pencil and paper. I couldn't agree more as a parent! She talked about being a substitute and a boy came in that shouldn't be in a normal classroom. She could hardly teach the other kids because of how disruptive this child was. That is something she is concerned about.

We are knocking doors and having lunch and a volunteer group photo at noon at the Ellison Park Center Pavilion (700 N 2200 W, Layton). It’s also Karianne’s birthday, so we’re hoping for a great turnout!

I was at a meeting several years ago where they had a lady come in and talk to us about DEI. She was making it seem like DEI was good for our society and a fair way to do things. I wish I would have had the courage to raise my hand and speak the truth about DEI. I didn't then, but I would now. DEI is racism pure and simple. Anytime someone gets a benefit or is discriminated based solely on skin color that is racism. The goal of America is to be colorblind. The goal of America is to succeed through merit and for people to have equal opportunities.

Please email the LG. If we want to have a proper audit of illegals on our voter rolls it should be done by a third party. How unfortunate for tax dollars to be going toward this lawsuit from the DOJ because our LG won't work with the DOJ to identify illegals on the Utah voter rolls.
