The Supreme Court on Thursday sided with the Trump administration in its removal of temporary protected status for Syrian and Haitian immigrants, denying immigrants’ claims that they are entitled to court orders postponing the removal of protections during litigation. The ruling likely opens them up to deportation proceedings.

Oh the lies of socialism; everyone is going to get everything for free. The hard reality is that socialism makes everyone poor except those in power. It is very concerning that we have a socialist running New York City.

I had the opportunity to teach at Patriot Camp in Midvale this week. They had 163 kids. I was so impressed by how well organized it was. I love the songs they sing.

At my station I taught the kids about taxation without representation by the Sugar Act, the Stamp Act, and the Townshend acts. The Townshend Acts were a series of laws passed by the British Parliament in 1767 that imposed duties on imported goods such as glass, lead, paint, paper, and tea in the American colonies. I took a bag of sugar, stamps, and tea bags to show the kids.

I told them about the Boston Tea Party. I explained that King George III had all the power. He could do whatever he wanted. I told them that the genius of the Constitution is the fragmentation of power. I reviewed that over and over with them. I hope they remember it.

I brought toy handcuffs. I would take a kid and handcuff them. I would tell them the Constitution handcuffs or limits the federal government by listing the specific things the federal government can do.

I had six groups I presented to. I brought candy with me to help keep them happy. Rep Kristen Chevrier was also presenting. Shout out to all the teachers. It is exhausting working with the kids, but they are so cute. I hope they remember something that I tried to teach them. ❤️

If things are statistically impossible that means fraud occurred. Every citizen must come together and stand against election fraud. We watched the fraud take place right in front of our eyes in Los Angeles for the mayoral race.

We must look at everything through a constitutional lense. The federal government has no constitutional jurisdiction within education. Education belongs to the states. The worst thing that happened to education was the federal government getting involved. Although this is a good bill, it needs to be done at the state level.
