Look at this amazing balloon I found. I just love fall.
We need to have in-person voting except for specific exceptions. There are a myriad of problems with mail-in ballots, couple that with no voter ID and you have an environment ripe for election manipulation.

It is so easy to copy and paste this talking point to your state legislators:

Talking Point 9/16 - 9/26! Please send to legislators. Please repeal or sunset SB 102 from 2021. It allows noncitizens to be police officers. Only US citizens should be allowed to have police powers over Utah citizens. Officers swear to support the U.S. and Utah constitutions and to enforce U.S. and state law. A non-citizen remains a national of another country.
The Utah Republican State Central Committee just passed a resolution asking for the repeal or sunset of SB 102 passed in 2021. SB 102 allows non-citizens to be police officers in Utah.

"WHEREAS, The National Police Association (NPA), has called for and supports a Federal ban on States allowing aliens to be police officers in the US* via the Citizens Only Police Act, or COP Act of 2025 (H.R. 4783) and we believe those governed by this do not consent to this concept;"

The Founding Fathers knew what they were doing when they prevented the federal government from doing most things by writing specifically what they could do in the Constitution. The federal government should NOT be involved with welfare whatsoever. That is a state jurisdiction. Look how America is suffering for not following the Constitution. It is easier to oversee funds in a state as opposed to the federal government.

Fraud in taxpayer-funded health care programs like Medicare and Medicaid is so pervasive that the government identified a breathtaking $17.5 billion in scams in just one year, according to an analysis conducted by the U.S. Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).The audit examines cases between March 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026.

Kristin Richey gave a presentation about the election integrity conference she went to in Vegas. There was so much good information shared.
Fact about the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA)

MIDA has a carve out in Utah Statute that EXEMPTS MIDA from the full reporting and accountability framework that other independent entities have to follow which includes reviewing each entity’s ANNUAL AUDIT. A bill needs to be run that requires MIDA to be under the same accountability as the other independent entities.

Citizens need to understand that this carve out is significant and should NEVER have been allowed to happen with an entity that uses tax dollars.

Utah Code § 63H-1-202
The authority is subject to and governed by Sections 63E-2-106, 63E-2-107, 63E-2-108, 63E-2-109, 63E-2-110, and 63E-2-111, but is NOT otherwise subject to or governed by Title 63E, Independent Entities Code.
Don't miss this event! Everyone needs to learn more about MIDA.
Please focus on election integrity Senator Curtis. We are at a pivotal moment in American history. It would be wonderful to see you use this same kind of energy on the Save America Act and the problems we have with the Dominion machines. Salt Lake County uses Dominion.

It was great meeting with John Taylor and Stephanie Hollist today. They are both expected to be new Utah legislators after the November election. We had a great discussion about MIDA and the exploitation of the Utah taxpayer. We talked about what we can do to start turning this around.
I had lunch today with an amazing group of women that all work to protect kids. I am so grateful for all they are doing.
MIDA Fact

MIDA statute allows board members and employees to acquire project-area land for personal gain and take a “direct financial benefit” from project-area development.

63H-1-202(9)The authority or a subsidiary acting in the role of a facilitator under Subsection 63H-1-201(3)(v) is not prohibited from receiving a benefit from a public-private partnership that results from the facilitator’s work as a facilitator.

MIDA should have a specific code section that prevents board members from using their position to personally benefit financially.
