Fall is my favorite time of the year! The Bellagio does it just right.
More pics from the atrium.
Remember in Utah we have a "huge" housing shortage according to the executive branch so that developers can continue to get tax dollars to develop, but all the profits are privatized. This situation has been pushed under the guise of a housing shortage. There is not a current housing shortage in Utah. These tax subsidies given through PIDs and tax increment financing are making things more expensive for citizens. It must be stopped!

SB 241 Limited Purpose Local Government Amendments from the 2025 session changed the definition of public infrastructure to include PRIVATELY owned buildings and facilities (that can be used for profit).

This needs to be repealed and the original definition restored. This has created the environment in Utah for the total exploitation of the Utah tax payer. This is why the ski lifts and gondola at the Grand Hyatt Development are privately owned, but paid for by tax dollars and all the profits are going to Extell the New-York based developer. That is just the tip of the iceberg.
Unfortunately Utah is declining, but We the People are going to turn it around. I invite each of you to come to my Fall Impact Conference for citizens on Nov 7th. We have a plan! We are the highest taxed red state. We MUST change course. Get tickets here!

I went to the Grand Hyatt to make videos about what is being paid for with tax dollars. Remember MIDA and all Public Infrastructure District Boards are appointed boards with the ability to issue taxation. This is Taxation without Representation! We have to stand up just like our founders did 250 years ago.

Tax dollars are paying for warming huts for skiers??
Could everyone please post the above video on their social media channels. Let's get it all over Utah!
Well done Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent! We must have the rule of law in America to have freedom.

In a statement, Treasury said its Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) assessed the $1.2 billion penalty for Bank of America’s “failure to mitigate and report priority national security risks, including Chinese Money Laundering Networks and illicit finance along the southwest border.’'

That is so scary! Debanking consumers because of political views.

JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, Capital One, PNC, TD Bank, and BMO Bank were found to have discriminated against conservative American consumers, citing “reputation risk” as a reason to deny service between 2020 and 2025.

Tiara Auxier introduced H.B. 332, School District Project Financing Amendments, which would have required districts to seek voter approval for general obligation financing before pursuing lease revenue bonds for school construction. The bill failed on March 6, 2026. Hopefully she will rerun it.

This example is egregious because voters specifically voted no to bonds for this project.
This is very concerning!
I was able to invite a lot of people to the conference today. This conference really is about the citizen and tax payer. We must come together and reverse what is happening with taxation without representation in the State of Utah. We have a plan. Get your ticket now!

I went to Les Miserables at Tuachan with my mom tonight. We sat in the front row. We had a great time. The actor who played Jean Valjean was excellent. It really is about redemption. I thought about the power of a kind act. When the priest said he gave the silver to Jean Valjean and he had forgotten the rest of the silver it changed Jean Valjean's life forever.
