📣 Build Update!!
I’m providng two separate updates this week due to the amount of information. I will present an update around *Power Plant* (decentralized VTRS chain) and also the *Enterprise Chain* (centralized permissioned CDI chain) which together comprise the entire Vitreus Ecosystem.
VTRS POWER PLANT UPDATE
Let’s break this down into workstreams that are running in parrellel to each other so we can understand a little cleaner how everything converges for our benefit as holders.
1️⃣- ✅ Blockchain & Explorer
2️⃣- ✅ Claiming Portal
3️⃣- ✅ Whitelabel Presale App & VAM
4️⃣- ✅ CyberLYNQ
5️⃣- 🟨 vApp (Wallet, vNode, Staking, Marketplace)

Part 2 of 3
vApp (vNode Marketplace) —>
The vApp will be a continual work in progress to continue adding features, but we did manage to figure out how we can launch a basic vNode marketplace to display a list of online nodes with payouts and reputations. This was an important feature for Brenton and I right from the beginning to deliver the value promised to operators. We will continue to work on developing this marketplace as a community following MainNet deployment.
vGovern —>
This is essentially a copy paste of Polka Dot’s open source model and should be ready in plenty of time for MainNet deployment.
VanguardianOS/vNodes —>
We have a pre-tested disc image that is on its way to TDSynnx for install on the first article. Packaging has been approved by Baran and ‘First Article’ will be shipped to Drew at the beginning of next week. That is the first chance that we get to view the article that will show up on your doorstep. Drew will be doing a full unboxing of that first article and will be preparing a marketing video to get us all excited.
Penetration Testing/vNodes —>
We are completing our first week of penetration/security testing with NetSPI today. They focused on the vNodes and their integrations within the vApp environment. NetSPI identified 3 medium risks (0 High) for the vNode. We never want to publicly publish the detail of the risks but, in summary, certain software tools were given unusual levels of access to the hardware, introducing moderate risks of system interference if combined with other security flaws. All 3 risks are already being remediated by Innowise requiring an update to the disc image.
Global Distribution —>
TDSynnx is standing by with all build componants assembled. They are working on the first article now and using the pre-remediated disc image to deploy timely so we dont experience a delay. Drew should receive his first article next week at some point. He will then reinstall the remediated disc image after Innowise is complete. Once we go through final checks and test push updates, we will receive the greenlight, and we will provide final disc image to TD for install and 119 units will be shipped world-wide.
Timing —>
Still on schedule for Open Beta mid month December after Pen testing and remediation is complete. We will then push an update on vApp and begin bringing vNodes online as they are delivered to operators around the world. This will be an incredibly exciting time.

📣 CyberVISION Update
A SEC/CISA Incident Disclosure Compliance Solution for Publicly Traded Companies.
CyberVISION aims to provide:
1️⃣ Tailored, accurate, risk-based insights into organization-specific threat vectors.
2️⃣ Breach detection and automated collection of evidence & incident reporting to appropriate regulatory bodies.
3️⃣ Utilize COMPLiQ and Enterprise Chain to bring intelligence and immutability to the product.
Build Update —>
We have been in discovery mode for the past few weeks with CyberVISION as you can see in the completed tasks. Assessing our data sources and AI/blockchain implements and working on cleaning up our Vision, scope, road map, etc. These have been signed off on by our CISO, Jos , and approved to move forward into design work.
Our business analyst has already made strong progress on laying out the user stories (13), representing essentially how the product will work.
Now, we will begin the User Interface/User Experience design work to truly see this product start coming to life. I’m hoping to have screenshots of the product that we can use in marketing materials by Christmas or shortly before.
Please see the technical work being completed below:

📣 Happy ‘Build Update’ Day @everyone !!!
It’s time to start talking seriously about OPEN BETA!!
All of next week, the team will be working diligently to prepare discord for the insanity that is about to ensue during this high volume testing initiative by the community.
The team will be working on preparing to handle the processes involved in 1) bringing new testers online, 2) facilitating the flow of community feedback for remediation, and 3) bringing vNodes online as they’re received by operators around the world!!!
Exciting times for SURE!!!
The vNodes are on track. We anticipate the first article to be received by Drew next week with a same day confirmation expected to TD Synnx to begin shipping the units by (hopefully) end of next week. HO HO HO!!! We have seen the final packaging and it’s fantastic. We CANNOT wait to unveil the final product to the public with an unboxing video. And we CERTAINLY can’t wait to see everyone’s unboxing videos posted on Twitter and YouTube!!! Free marketing!!
NetSPI is finishing testing of the Power Plant blockchain this week and will move on to the Enterprise Chain next week. They have already finished the vNode/vApp assessments. Innowise has been working on remediation work in parallel to NetSPI’s discoveries over past 2 weeks. Only one critical finding so far in which I outlined in Chat a few days ago. But everything is being remediated. No holes left. We will be publishing a PR article on the critical finding because others will be affected and our amazing team found it.

📣 Happy Build Update Friday @everyone !!!
Most notably, the new vGovern governance model for Power Plant DAO has been implemented. We still have some custom actions to add such as 3x weighted voting for VIPP… But it is in place.
The First Article vNode is taking longer than we were told it would. Drew and Tim are all over them about the urgency. Apparently the Instructional Insert is what is holding things up.
Our vNode Welcome Email has been prepped for release to operators with comprehensive instructions on support and set up.
Veno will have the Open Beta infrastructure built inside the discord server by Monday and will provide a briefing on set up as well as support and processes for remediation feedback.
We are also beginning the work on our ALL OUT marketing blitz plan for the final stage 10 push and hope to have that ready to share with the community in the next few weeks. The team appreciates all the valuable feedback from you all during the last week.

📣 Build Update @everyone !!!
Most importantly, our vNode Network is LIVE and functional!!
A lot of REALLY good things happening. Last week, we entered our 3-stage Open Beta testing for our incredible VITREUS ecosystem and have a very smooth feedback process going between the community and our Development team, Innowise. Stage 1 Beta is active!
We’ve also completed the functional development for the Collaborative Staking Marketplace. It is moving into Dev testing now and should be ready to move into Beta testing alongside the vNodes coming online in a couple weeks.
VanguardianOS is moving forward out of Dev testing and into beta… we have provided the final image to TD Synnex and given them the greenlight to begin manufacturing and shipping the initial batch of vNodes.
For the more tech savvy, below are the Power Plant accomplishments from the past week:

Last Week’s Achievements:
✅ Energy generation tests fixes
✅ Runtime tests fixes
✅ Democracy docs/flow diagrams
✅ Voting reimplementation research
✅ NAC minting improvements
✅ Released Power Plant testnet patch for vNode
✅ vNode updater for testnet
✅ Completed all the functionality for the marketplace on the backend (claim event, information about unstaked amount).
✅ Completed the integration with the frontend, added error handlers, and now it remains to test it on real data.
✅ Faucet completed
✅ Explored solutions for deep linking.
✅ Redeployed smart-contract for testnet Presale

🚨📣📣 Vitreus Discord has been HACKED! DO NOT click on any links or interact with discord AT THIS TIME!!📣📣‼️‼️🚨🚨

Update from Discord:
We are back in full control of the server, and the hacker has been fully removed. We believe all backdoors and links are removed, but PLEASE USE CAUTION until we give an "all clear". I am checking through all the channels and it may take some time to assess all the changes the hacker made. Avoid any links for the moment.
Important note: There is NO AIRDROP on VTRS. If you receive a message indicating such, it is a scam.
Thank you.

Good morning everyone !!
Earlier this week, Discord experienced a hack that generated access to a new team member’s 2FA enabled user account. The incident was identified almost immediately and suppressed within 30 minutes, but not without posting a malicious link first and tagging the community.
This was a hack of Discord and targeted all servers that this staff was a member of. It’s important to understand that none of VITREUS’ technology has been hacked.
We take the safety of all members within our community VERY seriously and we are making the adjustments on our side to help ensure these things don’t happen in the future.
Moving forward, every person within discord will have their own ID code to the system. Only they will know it and won’t be stored on their device. This will prevent any future bad actors from being able to access the staff tools even if it’s a staff account that is compromised.
*As a reminder, VITREUS and its team members will NEVER ask community members to click an unknown link that has not already been discussed and briefed on prior. VITREUS will not run community Airdrop campaigns.*
Sincerely,
CORE
