As promised, here is a high level roadmap for the next couple months that I reviewed in my recent AMA.
NOTE: As I mentioned, the GROSS introductory staking rates mentioned yesterday were associated with TestNet and are not set for Mainnet <yet>. It is likely that these gross APRs will remain the same for Mainnet, but are yet to be finalized as we are still finishing up some modeling work. Apple has come back twice with questions surrounding the context in which the app will be used. We have answered and resubmitted as quickly as possible. Apple seems to be cycling quickly.
Google has not issued any communications since it went into review. Nothing to report.
Both stores are still Status: “In-Review”
They will likely not be released at the same time.
I’ll provide more updates as soon as I hear anything additional. 🫡 @everyone

Preparing for vApp, Claiming and Staking — WHAT TO EXPECT
Good morning everyone ,
We have prepared a thorough claiming and staking guide for the holder community to reference and will release it when the timing is appropriate.
The following phases are focused on executing a sequential flow so we can maintain as orderly of a process as possible. There is no reason to FOMO here! It is a process.
1. vApp Release
We expect Apple will get released before Google, so Apple users are welcome to download and get wallets set up in the meantime. Claiming will not open until BOTH Apple and Google have released the vApp.
2. Claiming Opens
Once both stores have listed the vApp, we will release the claiming guide and holders may move forward in facilitating the process of turning in NFTs in exchange for their reserved VTRS.
3. Bringing vNodes Online
Claiming VTRS is first required in order to bring vNodes online, so we expect this process to take a couple days to form an adequate network of nodes for the collaborative marketplace.
4. Marketplace Staking
I would recommend holders NOT rush into staking decisions. Choose wisely. Be patient and wait for an adequate selection of nodes to proceed with your staking decisions. The 7 day lock for choosing poorly warrants a patient approach here.
I will continue to communicate through this entire process. At times it may feel overwhelming, but we will get through this together.

Marketing Update:
Council (and I) have had a number of meetings with Coinbound, working on a cohesive marketing message for the KOLs. Youtube KOLs have received their Vitreus briefing document and have started developing their content and should be ready to begin deploying their videos end of next week in preparation for the sale. We modified the budget allocation. Removing the budget for fractional CMO and Twitter (X) management and shifted that budget to additional KOLs which should bring better ROI. We plan on running our own tweet campaign and already have prepared the tweet deck.
Mainnet NFT Sale
No changes. April 15 ready to go.
VIP/VIPP
We had a great meeting with Innowise today surrounding the VIP/P Royalty smart contracts and seem to all be on the same page on development goals. I don’t see a need to modify any timeline here at this time.
vGovern
Front end UI is complete and we are prepared to begin testing this as soon as we claim tokens.
Delays in Countries
China has denied the vApp listing in their store as they have outlawed crypto related technologies in their country.
France has a heightened review process that will take an extra 1-2 months for review. I have already reached out personally to those I know could be affected.

Apple has confirmed that “vApp: Energized Web3” will be available when we manually flip the switch. We also received approval from Google this morning!
Tomorrow morning Innowise is pushing one final round of updates to the Network.
They are working to update the test version of vApp, to be pushed via APK & TestFlight (as we did in Beta), SPECIFICALLY for vNode operators. This update aims to force an OS update down to the node from the vNode Tab. Again, Innowise will be pushing these updates tomorrow morning (April 9th).
Following that, we will monitor the migration of vNodes from TestNet to Mainnet over the course of Tuesday. If all looks great then we will release the vApp from both stores for download at the exact same time.
We will continue to keep the community abreast of the current situation. 🫡
