From the CMO's Desk: Recap of the Last Two Months and a Look Ahead

The past two months have marked a period of significant growth and focused effort for Vitreus Marketing. With a strong emphasis on inbound strategies, our initiatives have started to elevate the Vitreus brand, capturing the attention of Web3 enthusiasts.
Through the production and distribution of over 60 pieces of high-quality marketing content, we’ve achieved notable results:
- Social Media Engagement: Exceeding 10% in November.
- Website Traffic: Engaged visits now account for over 55% of total visits.
These numbers reflect the growing interest and awareness of Vitreus in the Web3 space.

1️⃣ Marketing Content Highlights
In the last two months, we’ve produced a variety of impactful materials designed to communicate our value proposition and attract developers:
- Blogs: Highlighting Vitreus’ unique offerings and positioning us favorably against competitors like Polkadot.
- Web3 Developer Playbooks: Actionable guides tailored for builders assessing our platform or ready to create on our chain.
- Videos and Infographics: Simplifying complex concepts to resonate with diverse audiences.
Our community members have played a critical role in amplifying this content, sharing it within their networks and further increasing our reach and engagement. Your contributions have been invaluable—thank you!

2️⃣ Why the Focus on Marketing Collateral?
Some community members have asked why we’ve prioritized creating over 60 marketing pieces. Here’s why:
- Deepening Understanding: This process has been key to solidifying my understanding of Vitreus’ offerings and ensuring that our unique value is effectively communicated to external audiences.
- Website Redesign: These materials have informed the structure and messaging of the next iteration of the Vitreus website, ensuring it clearly communicates our mission and empowers Web3 developers.
A special thank you to Taylor and his team for making Vitreus builder-ready two months ahead of schedule, which greatly supported this effort.

3️⃣ Upcoming Website Launch
Scheduled for release early next week, the new developer-centric website will:
- Engage Developers: Enable seamless onboarding for Web3 developers ready to build their dApps.
- Appeal to Retail Investors: Clearly articulate what Vitreus does and how we do it.
- Launchpad for Growth: Serve as a platform for new marketing initiatives.
With over 40 pages and integrated with the 60+ marketing assets we’ve created, the site is designed to be a gateway to understanding and engaging with Vitreus.

4️⃣ CRM Integration and Next Steps
To capitalize on this momentum, we are deploying a CRM solution that will:
- Integrate directly with the website.
- Empower the CAT team to manage targeted accounts and leverage insights from our social listening tools.
- Streamline the attraction and nurturing of high-value leads, including developers and VCs.

5️⃣ Strategic Budget Allocation
The recent deal with Victus should secure some marketing funds. Now, our approach remains focused on long-term, high-impact strategies:
- Precision-Targeted Campaigns: Aimed at Web3 developers and key stakeholders.
- Enhanced CAT Team Tools: Supporting targeted outreach efforts.
This approach prioritizes sustainable growth and meaningful engagement over short-term metrics like follower spikes.

Closing Thoughts
I’m incredibly excited about the progress we’ve made and the opportunities ahead. Thank you to the entire team and our amazing community for your continued support. Together, we are laying a strong foundation for the next phase of Vitreus’ growth.
Stay tuned for the website launch next week—this is just the beginning!

Sunset Snowbridge and Transition to Hyperlane.pdf
78.6 KB
Hello everyone,

As per Referenda 28 - See attached file

We have redirected bridge.vtrs.io to vitreus.io

We will begin performing the bridge sunset at this time.
This will involve the use of sudo access to move the required tokens to buy out the bridge liquidity from the smart contract on ethereum.

The vApp Foundation wallet will be used here.
This wallet will be granted special access to the Bridge UI to send the final transaction across the bridge will which buy out all liquidity.
Bridge will sync, when gwei is less than or equal to 12.5 gwei, until this final transaction (and all queued transactions up to that point) have completed.
The relayers will then be turned off.

We will continue to update.
Thank you!

From the CMO's Desk

Hey everyone! 👋

Thanks for taking a moment to check in here. I wanted to share a quick marketing update, highlight some exciting things on the horizon, and give you a glimpse of where we’re headed as a team. The main focus? Transparency and trust. These are our building blocks for growth, and everything we’re doing aligns with them. Let’s dive in!

🌐 Website Updates

The website is a big priority right now. The goal is to make it the go-to resource for everyone—developers, employees, community members, or even just curious newcomers.

Here’s what we’re working on:
- Ensuring the site has everything: who we are, our vision, how to build on our chain, updates on dev progress, and blockchain basics.
- Making it crystal clear, easy to navigate, and packed with valuable information.

Think of it as more than a website—it’s a window into Vitreus. No fluff, just facts. Transparency is the name of the game, and we’re designing the site to reflect that.

📅 Q1 2025: A Calendar Full of Initiatives

As we move into the holidays, I’m gearing up for an ambitious Q1 2025 plan: launching one initiative every single day. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store:
🎤 AMAs with both our internal team and external collaborators.
✍️ Fresh content tailored to developers.
🛠 Social listening—engaging with developers where they are and addressing their feedback.
🎉 Fun events to keep things dynamic and exciting.

One of the big Q1 highlights will be showcasing Compliq’s journey as the first builder on our chain. Their story is a powerful way to not only market Vitreus but also drive business development opportunities.

🔑 Transparency: The Foundation

Everything ties back to transparency. It’s the key to attracting developers, building partnerships, and growing our ecosystem. When people see what we’re about—and trust it—it creates a ripple effect. Transparency builds trust → Trust brings developers → Developers grow the ecosystem → Everyone in the Vitreus community benefits.

That’s the roadmap: website updates, a packed Q1 calendar, leveraging Compliq’s story, and keeping transparency front and center.
Thanks for being part of this journey. Let’s keep building together!
Feel free to share your thoughts below—always happy to hear feedback! 🙌

🦾 Vitreus Development Update #77 🦾

EVM Bridge Configurations
- Active Main Asset (gVolts): Configuring EVM to work with gVolts had increased complexity. VTRS will be used in EVM transactions due to the requirement of using the networks native asset.
- Hyperlane (VTRS): Hyperlane configs are set to use VTRS as native. We’re also disabling auto-conversion for more transparent handling of cross-chain fees.

DevOps and Infrastructure
- Decoupling: Ongoing efforts to discern the best course of action for decoupling / shifting away from technical accounts is still underway.
- Technical Services Audit: The team has conducted a number of checks and validations to discern machines, services and subscriptions are on the road to the leanest scenario possible. We will work directly with Council in coordinating a 2025 budget.

Council / Tech Committee
- Permission and Democracy Supply Formula: We’ll hold a meeting to discuss additional permission layers and how total supply is used in governance formulation. Recommendations around this are being communicated with the council actively to improve governance.

Relay-Chain Configs
- Ongoing Builder Cooperation: We’re updating the network on Saturday to open up builder access further. This will enable more flexible deployments and expansions on Vitreus.

vApp Updates
- New Version Release: The next vApp version includes critical bug fixes and will be pushed for submission by the first week of the new year.

Manual Bridge Progress
- Smart Contract Integrated: The manual bridge is functional on testnet, and the Ethereum side should be deployed before the New Year.
- Audit Considerations: We’re awaiting final Hyperlane configs. If a proxy or middleware contract is unnecessary, the external audit scope may be avoided.

Manual Bridge Now Open!

We’re excited to announce that the "Manual" Bridge process is now live and accessible at bridge.vtrs.io. This streamlined system enables both entry and exit transactions using on-chain events based on user authorization—no permissions necessary.

Key Details:
The system automatically calculates taxes for every transaction.
Transactions do not require any external permissions, making the process seamless and efficient.
Finalization of transactions will be coordinated by the Council between 5-6 PM ET daily to ensure smooth processing.
CAT is ready to support anyone needing assistance through the 🆘│support channel! in Discord

Important Note:
When bridging out, the UI currently will not display the transaction as “complete”, even though it has been successfully processed.
This is a known issue with the vApp and will be resolved in the upcoming release.
While this does not impact the success of your transaction, it could lead to confusion and potential duplicate transactions.
If you're unsure and wish to double check, please open a ticket via 🆘│support
We encourage users to exercise caution and verify their transaction history directly on-chain if needed. Rest assured, this issue is temporary and will be remedied in the upcoming vApp update. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the user experience.

We chose to launch the bridge today to provide immediate access despite this temporary UI limitation, as the app update is currently in the review process and may take several days to finalize. Thank you for your understanding and support as we continue improving the platform for our community.

Start bridging today at bridge.vtrs.io.

COMPLiQ EOY VIP Builder Update

Wow! What a year! Looking back at the beginning of 2024 in awe of the amount of work that has gone into getting us to where we are now — GO TIME!!

From launching the DAO and working through numerous power struggles, to the passionate voting and governance debates, all the ups and downs the community has experienced together have shaped and prepared us for what is to come in 2025. Many have gone. Many will come.

A LOOK BACK

April through September was the development period for the COMPLiQ product. CDI refined designs and user stories as we built the MVP along with holding roughly 150 meetings with CISOs from across the globe teaching us what the pain points are within our target market. We have certainly learned A LOT and our product has evolved into a truly valuable cyber security solution for traditional businesses.

The September MVP milestone brought us a software demo that allowed us to begin pursuing our 3 beta customers with Proof of Concept (POC) contracts, which has guided us with success criteria.

Additionally we rolled out our professional AI consulting services, *Envisioning*, designed to assist large enterprise on their strategy around responsible and secure AI. This is where our small amount of realized revenue ($18,704) came from in 2024. 3% of this will be paid into VIP contract and 2% of this will be paid into VIPP contract.

Since September we have been focused on establishing partnerships with leaders in the tech sales channels space. We have secured 4 strong distribution partnerships for the COMPLiQ product which we expect will begin producing for us in 2025. We plan to bring a Chief on to oversee the training and education initiatives across all of these channels.

Additionally, we have secured 3 POC contracts that are set to begin converting to paid contracts throughout Q1 of 2025.

Lastly, we are very excited to engage in a brand new formal partnership with University… joining their cyber security board with 18 other blue chip cyber companies. We look forward to University assisting us with all our research, development, and commercialization needs as we look to push out a national “Secure AI on Campuses” campaign together.

A LOOK FORWARD

The University POC (identity confidential) is set to expire on 2/4. At that point the contract will convert to a Master Service Agreement and begin generating revenue for CDI (VIP) and using gVolts for VITREUS.

The other 2 POCs are also set to convert in February and March.

Additionally, our calendar has many initial discovery meetings with other mainstream universities and state municipalities over the next 2 months. All new contracts will begin as MSAs, generating monthly recurring revenue (MRR) at inception.

We also are very excited to finalize a technology partnership with one of our distribution channels, XO Cyber, greatly expanding our scanner and threats technology.

Lastly, CDI has finalized a joint partnership with a new VITREUS paraChain VIP builder. Applications and paperwork are processed for appropriate licenses and have received approval from FINRA for a 120 day hold on the name — Navitron.

I am very happy with the way things are progressing!!

Happy New Year’s to ALL!! 2025 is our year!! 🫡
From the CMO's Desk: Recap of the Week and a Look Ahead

This week, we’re gearing up for an engaging January with our Vitreus Friday Events, aimed at strengthening our community and showcasing the incredible capabilities of our Layer-0 technology. Here’s a recap of what’s coming:

1. Vitreus Build-a-Thon (Jan 10): A creative mini-hackathon where community members will propose innovative B2B dApp ideas for a chance to win VTRS tokens, NFTs, and more.

2. Gas-Free Giveaway (Jan 17): A social media celebration highlighting Vitreus' low transaction costs.

3. Flash Trivia Frenzy (Jan 24): A fast-paced trivia event to test your blockchain and Web3 knowledge with exciting prizes.

🌟 Planning Ahead:
We're also assessing whether to retain HackerEarth, a renowned platform for organizing developer-focused events, to help us level up the Build-a-Thon in the future. Once our dynamic VNRG features are live and developer documentation is available, this could transform into a larger event where Web3 developers enter the contest and build directly on Vitreus.

This strategy not only amplifies awareness of our technology but also creates a hands-on experience for developers, reinforcing our position as the go-to Layer-0 platform for building innovative dApps.

Stay tuned for updates as we explore these opportunities and keep growing together!
