GERMAN INFLATION FALLS BELOW EXPECTATIONS IN OCTOBER

Germany's preliminary October CPI rose 2.8% year over year, below the 3.0% forecast.

Inflation declined 0.2% month over month, compared with expectations for a 0.1% increase.

Harmonized CPI (HICP) rose 2.8% annually, also below the 3.1% forecast.

The key takeaway: Softer-than-expected German inflation could ease pressure on the ECB to raise interest rates further.

CYBERSECURITY EXPERTS WARN AI COULD FUEL MORE BINANCE-SCALE HACKS

Cybersecurity experts warn that AI is making large-scale cyberattacks faster, more sophisticated and increasingly common.

Stefan Deiss of The Hashgraph Group says AI allows hackers to identify and exploit vulnerabilities faster than companies can fix them.

Andy Ward of Absolute Security warns that even larger breaches with greater financial consequences could follow.

There is currently no evidence that AI was used in the Binance hack.

Bitcoin fell 2.1% to $77,182, hitting a six-week low of $76,368 overnight following the reported Binance hack.

The next key support is $75,000, with a breakdown potentially opening the door to a retest of summer lows.

DEUTSCHE BANK WARNS AI SELLOFF COULD WEAKEN US DOLLAR

Deutsche Bank warns the US dollar may lose its traditional safe-haven status during an AI-driven stock market correction.

Foreign investors hold over $20 trillion in US equities, with roughly 90% of that value attributed to price appreciation.

According to strategist George Saravelos, a US-led technology selloff could push stocks and the dollar lower simultaneously, potentially triggering increased currency hedging by foreign investors.

The key takeaway: An AI-driven market correction could create a double hit to US equities and the dollar, challenging traditional safe-haven assumptions.
