This is how some people's numbers get leaked on Telegram as this option is set to "Everybody" by default.

Here's how you can solve the bot problem on your channel
Figured out something really funny today. While posting the last OpenAI phone post, I accidently only sent the image, without adding any caption. After this, I edited the post to add caption. Surprisingly, not a single bot sent a comment.
To test this, I sent a test message with text only, under which two bots commented (I deleted my post quickly). Then I only posted an image, under which no bot commented.
As far as I can comprehend, this is because these bots using LLMs don't analyze the images posted on the channel, just the text.
So, to avoid the bots in your posts, post only the image, then later edit the post and add your caption.
Does this solve the issue of reaction bots? I don't know

Microsoft finally added libperf on Windows!
Microsoft is testing a feature called Low Latency Profile in Windows 11, which briefly boosts CPU performance for 1–3 seconds during high-priority actions like launching apps. This improves responsiveness, particularly on budget PCs, as seen in tests where CPU usage spiked up to 96–97% temporarily. The feature could significantly enhance performance on low-end machines.

Apple and Intel have reached preliminary chipmaking deal
Intel and Apple have reached a preliminary agreement for Intel to make chips for some Apple devices. There were intensive talks for more than a year and a formal deal was made in recent months. Neither of the company has confirmed the deal.
Intel's 18A wafer prices are reportedly 25 percent below what TSMC is charging for its 2nm wafers. However, Apple might wait for the next iteration, 18A-P.
