Google has introduced Googlebook, bringing Android to a laptop!
If you wiggle the cursor, now called "Magic Pointer", you can get contextual suggestions with Gemini, which will read your screen and help you with anything, like selecting a picture and then asking Gemini to mix pictures, etc.
You will also be able to use "Create my Widgets" on Googlebook
You'll also be able to open any app directly from your phone on your Googlebook.
You'll also be able to access your phone's files from the Files app.

Gemini was said exactly "43" times on The Android Show | I/O Edition 2026
and exactly "7" time in Developers Cut, if someone cares
In comparison, Gemini was said "95" times in 2025's Android Show.

I guess I'm done for the day then.
Oh wait, before getting done for the day, in the Developers Cut, it was said that all of the data remains "securely isolated" on device, and private from third parties. Google won't be able to see the data as well.
Users will be able to opt-out from any specific app as well.
I guess I'm done for the day now.
