👉 Kailangang gamitin ng mga agents ang kanilang bonus upang magbigay ng Welcome Back Bonus sa mga nawalang manlalaro (hindi na aktibo).

📌 Mga Kwalipikasyon ng Manlalaro:
👉 Dapat ay dating manlalaro na hindi na aktibo (huling aktibo mahigit 10 araw na ang nakalipas at walang kamakailang taya).
👉 Dapat ay may dating betting history (dating aktibo).
👉 Ang transaksyon mula sa agent patungo sa manlalaro ay dapat may kasamang comment: "Welcome Back"

🔄 Pagbabalik ng Bonus

👉 Kinaumagahan, susuriin ng sistema ang halagang naibigay sa bawat manlalaro.
👉 Matapos ang beripikasyon, mare-refund ang agent para sa naipamigay na bonus.

⚠️ Mahahalagang Panuntunan

👉 Walang "Welcome Back" comment = Walang refund.
👉 Ang paglabag sa mga patakaran ay maaaring magresulta sa pagkawala ng pondo o account restrictions para sa mga nagtangkang manloko.

New KYC policy is made to be:
👉 faster
👉 smoother
👉 more flexible for old loyal agents

It means, a smaller number of people will be requested to kyc.

3M bonus to the agents will be shared among the pioneers which will then in turn share with the agents of their choice knowing who’s having difficulties and wants to improve.

Pioneers will give me the report of the agents who received the bonus and if their network improves they might receive it again.

I’m working hard with my kyc team to release automatically many commissions to our agents that did not deserve to be “held”.
