Today I will release the guidelines for those agents who are “commission-hold”.

Paalala: Agent Restrictions

• Hold: Maaaring gamitin ang account, rerepasuhin kada cutoff.

• Hold: Account works normally. Risk reviewed every cutoff.
• No activity for 3 cutoffs = loss of commissions.

Legit agents affected by risky top-lines can still use their account and coordinate deposits/withdrawals with their top-line.

Reminder: CMs and Area Managers must NOT create dummy accounts.
All networks are under strict monitoring. Commission farming = risk for your whole network.

Commission payment for past cutoffs is now automatic and will be done very fast.

Reapproved agents will be paid in batch every Monday.

Coming soon. The first 100 agents selected by turnover (bet amount) will have a dedicated customer support that will take care of his/her network.

This goes in the direction of improving the service offered to the agents and create custom made initiatives to help develop your network 🍾

The commission will be calculated soon. There is a delay because some negative commissions were not reset and they are being reset before the calculation.

Some of you are asking if June 1st will be included in this cutoff: NO. The commission will be calculated as usual until May 31st.

In the meantime 300 agents that were put on hold greatly improved their networks and their commissions of the past 3 cutoffs were released. Very good. The medicine works 💊💚

More agents will be released soon, just continue to use your account and clean the farmers from your network 👩‍🌾
