In these pictures we can see differet eating habits .
In the first picture, I can see a woman eating fresh vegetables and fruit, which suggests a healthy and balanced diet. In contrast, the second picture shows a person eating fast food, such as burgers and fried items, which looks less nutritious.

2)❄️ What are the advantages of eating vegetables compared to fast food?

Eating vegetables has numerous advantages. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which help improve digestion and overall health. Unlike fast food, vegetables contain fewer calories and less fat, so they reduce the risk of obesity and long-term health problems.
