Dear Muhammad,
How are you? Have you heard that the tomorrow's evening performance will be cancelled due to some health problems of the main actor—Ulug'bek Kadirov? I felt so disappointed about this situation, because he is one of my favorite actors. What about you? How do you feel about this situation?Shall we keep our spot for the next performance that is planned for next week? I will wait for your decision.

See you soon,
Shohbek.

Dear the theater manger,

I am Sultonboyev Shohbek, who bought a ticket for the upcoming performance. Thank you for warning us about the changes in the schedule of performances. I am writing to express my feelings about it and suggest some relevant solutions that you can do in this situation.
To be honest, I felt really disappointed after being informed about the cancellation. This situation may cause some problems for the visitors such as unplanned changes in their weekly schedule Because most people, including me, booked the tickets at least a week ago. However, I believe that all the visitors will understand the main actor's situation that related to his health.
I suggest you to keep the visitors' spots for the next performance which is being planned for next Sunday. If someone wants to refund the ticket price, the theatre authority should provide with this facility. Moreover, you can offer another different performance instead of the summer evening one.
I hope my ideas will be useful for you. I look forward to seeing my favourite actor on the stage again soon.

Your faithfully,
Shohbek.
