In my years of clinical practice, I witnessed a peculiar pattern.

Patients would eagerly commit to popular detox protocols—green juices, restrictive fasts, intense herbal regimens.

Yet time and time again, they’d report back feeling sluggish, emotionally drained, or worse, experiencing symptoms they never had before.

It puzzled me at first.

How could something designed to heal end up creating more imbalances?

Most detoxes skim the surface, focusing only on the digestive tract.
