Fantastic breakdown of why models are not scientific ‘proof’ of anything nor fundamental to comprehending the universe.

Another Covid-Style Psy-Op Or Something Else and What Matters Most Coming Into 2025

Join us to finalize the 2024 Alfacast season with a double dose of positivity with special guest Josh Trent, host of the Wellness + Wisdom podcast. We're back on YouTube Thursday at 10am PT.

Just when you think one year can't out-top the other in world turmoil, institutionalized deception and war-lust from the "boys downstairs", 2024 reached new heights in ludicrosity.

Despite the all-out effort  to orchestrate chaos on every level, we're on to "them", and the mass yearning for a more peaceful world has reached critical mass.

With a most auspicious New Year just on the horizon, we can't think of a better guest to close the 2024 Alfacast season than special guest Josh Trent who brings his trademark enthusiasm and positivity.

Dr. Barre & Mike Winner had the honor to be hosted by Josh on his Wellness + Wisdom podcast, which you can watch here.  We're looking forward to another inspirational roundtable, as we leave news cycles and political theater behind to delve deeper into the inevitability of the third and final Golden Age.

Josh Trent lives in Austin, Texas with his love Carrie Michelle, son Novah, daughter Nayah + a cat named Cleo. He is the host of the Wellness + Wisdom Podcast and the creator of the BREATHE: Breath + Wellness Program. Josh has spent the past 20+ years as a trainer, researcher + facilitator discovering the physical

and emotional intelligence for humans to thrive in our modern world. Helping humans LIBERATE their mental, emotional, physical, spiritual + financial self through podcasts, programs + global community that believe in optimizing our potential to live life well.

After publishing over 400 high-level interviews with some of the most respected minds in the health, wellness, and self-help industries, Josh has been spotlighted in major wellness media outlets.  He shares how he grew up without the physiology or mental tools to deal with the stresses of life and how he used fitness as a catalyst for wellness. He discovered that most people use the vehicle of fitness to start letting go of weight and energy that doesn’t serve them until they ultimately realize that wellness is a continuum – or a life path.

We'll be simulcasting live this Thursday December 19, 10:00 AM PST on our regular YT channel and simulcasting on Rumble, Unite, Odysee, & Facebook.

We’re premiering last week’s Alfacast on our YT now if anyone wants to join the livechat! https://youtu.be/ptmWd4IkpLQ?si=zwJuytp8hO7Wha63

I’ve always been a big kid at heart. From playing in nature with my boys to engaging my imagination through games like Dungeons & Dragons, I aim to explore my inner child on a daily basis because I believe there is immense value in the innocence and wonder that comes with that condition.

From healing faster to a more youthful countenance, I believe this practice can bring immense satisfaction and benefits to any adult’s life. I espouse this idea plus a few other fanciful thoughts on this latest subcast. Enjoy. ~ Mike

Apologies on the delay here! Last week's stellar Alfacast on equity jurisprudence with Michael Joseph and Phil Mederi is now avail as an audio podcast.

There is this notion in western mystical traditions that the angels of the bible are actually angles of Light coming down as messengers of the God/Creator/Source etc. That based on the angle of the celestial sphere above and within the specific cycle of creation that we are in, we will receive specific signs from the lights in the heavens above. Is this that time? Are these orbs currently popping up in the sky everywhere right now specifically that? And what does the upcoming winter solstice have in store for us? Get your peppermint popcorn out folks! This could be one heck of a show! ~ Mike

Context is everything. This guy sees the end of the world coming, we see a possible beautiful awakening. (Or it’s all a psyop, fake and gay!) 😂

We received this lovely Solstice poem from our friends over at Heart & Soil Magazine and thought it was the perfect one to share today as we celebrate & honor this very special day...

Solstice

A time of reflection
Bathed in wisdom
Harvesting the lessons learned
Honouring the moment

Stepping through the darkness
From the shadows
Into the light
Of possibility and new beginnings

Where light meets your heart
Soil meets your biome

The past becomes your stepping stones
As wisdom guides your steps
To tend the ethos of your life
In ways that nurture
Who you are at your core
In ways that nourish
Old wounds in profound healing

Notice where you are in life
The season that abounds you

Rest, reflection, hibernation
The Water element
Season of Winter

Planting seeds of intention, hope, light, renewal
The Air Element
Season of Spring

Growth, expansion, passion, vitality
The Fire Element
Season of Summer

Grounding, harvesting, alignment
The Earth Element
Season of Fall

Or are you in transition from one life season to the next?

Or are you experiencing it all, a deep connection to the collective, to ether, the oneness of life.

Wherever you are this Solstice
Honour yourself, your journey.
Know you're exactly where you need to be.
Take your next steps with fierce confidence,
Even if it feels uncertain.

We love you and appreciate you.

‘Nuff said!

This is pretty wild stuff. How much of what we see from the establishment is AI created now? If the public has the level of detail and design that we can access with open-source video software, imagine what is actually out there being used by the boys downstairs...

Please enjoy this replay of my main stage talk at this year’s inaugural Living Free Festival in NSW, Australia. I was blessed to speak to a large crowd of free thinking freedom-lovers (on my birthday!) about the possibilities of a future where debt money systems no longer have a chokehold on our lives.

This was a very inspiring weekend for me as I saw the fruits of our labor with Alfa Vedic & Music & Sky manifested in harmonic resonance in this beautiful gathering across the world (I got a little choked up during my talk…). I am hoping this talk can inspire us to think bigger and go ‘outside the box’ with how we envision our collective experience as an emerging new sovereign community.

As we move into 2025 with so much of the road ahead unknown, let us embrace the magic and power of each other and the divine will each of us has to create what our hearts know is possible. Grounded in this awareness we are truly unstoppable. I have already seen the future and it is indeed a beautiful one!

Wishing you all the very Merriest Christmas with friends and family and full of love and laughter!

xoxo

In Peace & Gratitude,

As we wrap up the Christmas season and look towards the ‘New Year’, I just wanted to take a moment of reflection on why I love this special holiday so much. ~ Mike

An amazing sign for things to come as the great awakening unfolds!

Last week's uplifting final Alfacast of the year w/ Josh Trent is now avail as an audio podcast!

2024 was another one for the books! There was so much growth, awareness, and mind-bending revelations that it’s impossible to summarize it all in a format like this! Overall, I can say that this was a monumental graduation of sorts for much of the freedom community at-large. So many of us moved out of hero worship and into more direct partnership with defining the truth in our lives and taking the direct action required to manifest the fruits of our awakening state.

It was such a pleasure to see this unfold in person at all the events I attended and produced this year and how we as a community of truth-seekers are each finding our true calling in life. I am honored to be a part of it and can’t wait for what 2025 has in store for us! I have a feeling it’s going to be a wild one! See ya on the flip side!
