In a comically inept interview, JD Vance confesses Trump's Iran deal lacks settled nuke inspections, just days before a deal is set to be signed. That seems rather crucial. https://twitter.com/t.co/4ZiT5siWN8

Federal agencies convened a disorganized press conference shortly ago, unveiling charges against over 15 ICE observers in Minneapolis. Earlier today, Minneapolis Public Radio referenced a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Minnesota, outlining charges of "conspiracy to impede or injure federal officers" and purported endeavors to "violently oppose immigration law enforcement." During the briefing, U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen evaded inquiries concerning the agencies' definition of "antifa," a term for "anti-fascist," despite its frequent appearance in the 94-page indictment. According to Chris Geidner of Law Dork, Rosen had difficulty responding to journalists' questions regarding why these charges were brought before "indictments related to the deaths of Renée Good and Alex Pretti." Multiple analysts noted parallels between these indictments and efforts to indict and convict the "Broadview 6," where charges were entirely dismissed in late May. This story is still unfolding.

Thom Hartmann: "The Fifth Amendment states that no one can be jailed or stripped of life, liberty, or property without due process. Ninety-five percent of these individuals have not appeared before a judge. Governors and Attorneys General in every state with such camps should intervene and make arrests."

In a surprising turn, Trump admits he'll unfreeze Iran's assets, a move he previously condemned Obama for, yet Trump's plan involves releasing a significantly larger sum. Why was it deemed wrong for Obama but acceptable for Trump? https://twitter.com/t.co/q4yFLxaP4b
At the G7 summit, Trump downplayed the tragic Feb. 28 strike that killed 168 Iranian schoolgirls, labelling it collateral damage. When a New York Times reporter asked about accountability for the strike on a school, Trump initially responded, "No." He stated, "Nobody did that on purpose," and implied the investigation was ongoing, contrasting this with his administration's strict immigration policies. He then resorted to whataboutism, deflecting by mentioning Iranian actions. Trump suggested asking Pete Hegseth about the investigation, claiming a report could be available soon. The New York Times later reported that US officials admitted the military hit a school due to outdated data, an error that occurred on day one of the Iran war. This incident, resulting in the deaths of 168 schoolchildren and depleting military stockpiles, highlights the administration's failure to uphold its "no new wars" pledge. Trump's actions are seen as embarrassing and a risk to national security.
