Emerson T. Brooking is at the forefront of combating foreign information manipulation and fostering information resilience globally. His extensive background includes advising U.S. tech companies and national security entities on information security issues. During 2022-2023, Brooking served as a Cyber Policy Advisor within the U.S. Department of Defense, contributing to the 2023 DoD Cyber Strategy.
Holding a BA in Political Science and Classical Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, he was also listed in Forbes’ “30 Under 30” and is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
