The US will stop providing $4 billion in annual military assistance to Israel starting next year, President Donald Trump has said. The country does not need the money and the issue is exploited by the left to generate bad publicity for the US government at home, he told Fox & Friends on Tuesday as Americans headed to the polls for the midterm elections.
Trump said he reached an agreement on the issue with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. According to the president, the prime minister raised the issue himself.
Yea, except, they don't need to anymore, since the two armies are joint operations now. Pentagon's budget might as well be called Israeli military budget and it won't be that much of an exaggeration.

Kremlin responds to US midterm results
Moscow hopes US President Donald Trump will press ahead with efforts to end the Ukraine conflict despite the Republicans' defeat in the midterm elections, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said.
Speaking to journalists on Wednesday, Peskov was asked whether the Democrats' takeover of both chambers of Congress could derail dialogue between Moscow and Washington.
"President Trump remains in office, and we sincerely hope that he will continue his peace making efforts," Peskov said. "There has been progress, and another round of trilateral talks is coming very soon."

President Donald Trump celebrated the stock market reaching a "record high" with the numbers going "through the roof." Per CNBC data on Wednesday, the Dow closed at 3.03% with S&P closing at 1.58% and Nasdaq composite closed at 1.44%.
