Babak Taghvae, a military journalist with links to the Pahlavi dynasty, has confirmed that an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer was struck by an Iranian anti-ship ballistic missile (ASBM) in September. It is likely that this occurred on 9 September, when several missile launches were reported without any discernible land targets. This footage has emerged in connection with events in the Strait of Hormuz and likely shows the destruction of the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer.

The Perpetual Jew

A documentary film from 1940. Fritz Hippler, head of the ‘Film Department’ at the Reich Ministry of Propaganda, compiles archive footage, special effects and scenes shot in the Polish ghetto in Łódź. The film concludes with a montage of Hitler’s Reichstag speech of 30 January 1939.

A second version of the film was produced, ‘suitable for women and children’, in which scenes showing the ritual slaughter of animals were removed; these scenes were intended to portray Jews as cruel animal abusers.
