On August 30th, 254 years ago today, one of the bravest and greatest Catholic fighters was born. At only 21 years of age he inspired fellow Catholics in Vendée to rise up against the first freemasonic Republic of France with the effort to restore the great legitimate Catholic monarchy.
May God grant eternal rest to the soul of Henri de la Rochejaquelein.

➡️ The fact that relations between Germany and Poland remain characterised by total one-sidedness, despite all the talk of reconciliation, is illustrated by an event that took place in the West Prussian town of Bromberg shortly after the Wehrmacht’s invasion of Poland in early September 1939.

➡️ On 3 September 1939 and in the days that followed, massacres of civilians took place across large parts of the ethnic German settlement areas in Poland.

➡️ Today, people take particular issue with the term ‘Bromberg Bloody Sunday’, claiming it was Nazi propaganda. Yet there still seems to be little interest in the crimes and massacres themselves.
