عَنْ أمِ المؤمِنينَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عنها عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

[ مَا حَسَدَتْكُمُ الْيَهُودُ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مَا حَسَدَتْكُمْ عَلَى السَّلاَمِ وَالتَّأْمِينِ. ]

حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ ابن ماجه.

التَّأمين = قَوْلِكم《 آمِينَ 》خَلْفَ الإمامِ.

Aisha the mother of the believers (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said,

"The Jews do not envy you for anything more than they envy you for the Salam and (saying) ‘Amin’."

Narrated by Ben Majah.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
{ إِذَا لَقِيَ أحَدُكُمْ أخاهُ فَلْيُسَلِّمْ عَلَيْهِ ، فإنْ حالَتْ بَيْنَهُما شَجَرَة أوْ جِدَارٌ أوْ حَجَرٌ ثُمَّ لَقِيَهُ فَلْيُسَلِّمْ عَلَيْهِ. }

حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ أبو داود.

The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,

"When one of you meets a brother (in Islam) he should greet him.
Then if they were separated by a tree or a wall or a stone , and then he meets him again, he should greet him."

Narrated by Abu Dawud.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

{ يَحْضُرُ الْجُمُعَةَ ثَلَاثَةُ نَفَرٍ ، رَجُلٌ حَضَرَهَا يَلْغُو وَهُوَ حَظُّهُ مِنْهَا ، وَرَجُلٌ حَضَرَهَا يَدْعُو ، فَهُوَ رَجُلٌ دَعَا اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِنْ شَاءَ أَعْطَاهُ ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ مَنَعَهُ ، وَرَجُلٌ حَضَرَهَا بِإِنْصَاتٍ وَسُكُوتٍ ، وَلَمْ يَتَخَطَّ رَقَبَةَ مُسْلِمٍ ، وَلَمْ يُؤْذِ أَحَدًا فَهِيَ كَفَّارَةٌ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ الَّتِي تَلِيهَا ، وزِيَادَةِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ }

حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاهُ أبو دَاود.

The Prophet (PBUH) said,

( Friday [prayer] is attended by three [types of] men; A man attended it distracted [talked or played..etc] and that is his share from it, And a man who attended it to say prayers [to ask for something], so he is a man who asked Allah, if He [Allah] wills He will give him, and if He wills He will deprive him. And a man who attended it listening silently, and he did not overstep a muslim's neck, and did not harm anyone, then it is an atonement until the following Friday, and three days more).

عَنْ أَنَسٍ بن مالك رضي الله عنه قَالَ:

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وآله وصحبه وَسَلَّمَ يَزُورُ الأَنْصَارَ ، فَيُسَلِّمُ عَلَى صِبْيَانِهُمْ ، وَيَمْسَحُ بِرِؤوسِهِمْ وَيَدْعُو لَهُمْ.

حديث صحيح رواه النسائي.

On the authority of Anas Bin Malik, (may Allah be pleased with him) said,

"The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to visit Ansar (supporters of Madina), greet their children, wipe their heads and pray for them."

Narrated by Nesai.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
( من اغتسلَ يومَ الجمعةِ غسلَ الجنابةِ ثم راح فكأنما قرَّبَ بَدَنَةً ، ومن راح في الساعةِ الثانيةِ فكأنما قرَّبَ بقرةً ، ومن راح في الساعةِ الثالثةِ فكأنما قرَّبَ كبشًا أقرنَ ، ومن راح في الساعةِ الرابعةِ فكأنما قرَّب دجاجةً ، ومن راح في الساعةِ الخامسةِ فكأنما قرب بيضةً ، فإذا خرج الإمامُ حضرتِ الملائكةُ يستمعون الذكرَ. )

رواه البخاري ومسلم.

The prophet ( PBUH ) said,

" Whoever takes a full bath on Friday (like the one obligated after intercourse) then goes (to the Friday prayer), he is like one who offers a camel as a sacrifice, and whoever goes in the second hour, would be like one who offers a cow, and whoever goes in the third hour, is like one who offers a horned ram, and whoever goes in the fourth hour, is like one who offers a hen, and whoever goes in the fifth hour is like one who offers an egg, and when the Imam (the prayer leader) comes out, the angels would then attend to listen to the sermon."

Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim.

عن بُريدةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عنه قال: كان رسولُ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّم يُعَلِّمُهم إذا خرجوا إلى المقابِرِ ، فكان قائِلُهم يقول:

[ السَّلامُ عليكم أهْلَ الدِّيارِ من المؤمنينَ والمُسلمينَ ، وإنَّا إنْ شاءَ الله لَلاحِقونَ ، أسأَلُ الله لنا ولكم العافِيةَ. ]


Buraida (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) used to teach them whenever they came out to visit the graveyard to say:

"Peace be upon you, O inhabitants of the abodes, believers and Muslims, and we will join you soon if Allah wills. We ask Allah for well-being for us and for you."

Narrated by Muslim.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَ آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

( أَيُّكُمْ مَالُ وَارِثِهِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ مَالِهِ؟ )
قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا مِنَّا أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ مَالُهُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ.
قَالَ: ( فَإِنَّ مَالَهُ مَا قَدَّمَ، وَمَالُ وَارِثِهِ مَا أَخَّرَ. )

رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيُ.

The Prophet (PBUH) said,

"Who of you loves the wealth of his heir more than his own wealth?" The Companions said: "O Messenger of Allah! There is none of us but loves his own wealth more." He (PBUH) said, "His wealth is that which he has sent forward, but that which he retains belongs to his heir."

Narrated by Bukhari.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ صَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ :

{ ألَا أُخبِرُكم بمَنْ تحرُمُ عليه النَّارُ ؟ قالوا: بلى يا رسولَ اللهِ ، قال : على كلِّ هيِّنٍ ، ليِّنٍ ، قريبٍ ، سهلٍ . }

حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ ابن حبان.

The Prophet (PBUH) said,

"Should not I tell you who is forbidden from hellfire? They (his companions) said, Yes, oh prophet of Allah, He said, every easy going, flexible, easy to reach, easy to deal with."

Narrated by Ibn Hibban.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
"لاَ يُضَحِّيَنَّ أَحَدٌ حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ."

رواه مسلم.

وقال أيضاً:

"مَنْ باع جلْدَ أُضْحِيَتِهِ، فلَا أضْحِيَةَ لَهُ."

حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاهُ الحاكم.

Tha Prophet (PBUH) said,

"One shouldn't sacrifice until he has prayed (Eid Al Adha prayer)."

Narrated by Muslim.

And the prophet (PBUH) said:

"Whoever sells the skin of his sacrificed animal, (it will be as if) he has not sacrificed."

Narrated by Al-Hakem.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

"لا تَصُومُوا هَذِهِ الأَيَّامَ، فَإِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَذِكْرٍ للهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ."

رواه أحمد.

The Prophet (PBUH) said:

"Don't fast these days (The days of Eid) as they are days of eating, drinking and making thikr of Allah the Almighty."

Narrated by Ahmad.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ صَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

{ أَلَا أُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِخَيْرِ أَعْمَالِكُمْ ، وَأَزْكَاهَا عِنْدَ مَلِيكِكُمْ ، وَأَرْفَعِهَا فِي دَرَجَاتِكُمْ ،

وَخَيْرٌ لَكُمْ مِنْ إِنْفَاقِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ ،

وَخَيْرٌ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْ تَلْقَوْا عَدُوَّكُمْ فَتَضْرِبُوا أَعْنَاقَهُمْ وَيَضْرِبُوا أَعْنَاقَكُمْ ؟ }

قَالُوا: بَلَى ،

قَالَ: { ذِكْرُ اللهِ تَعَالَى } .

حديث صحيح رواه أحمد .

الْوَرِقِ = الفضة .


The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,

"Shall I not inform you of the best of your deeds, the purest of them to your Sovereign, the highest of them in your ranks, and what is better for you than spending gold and silver, and better for you than meeting you enemy (in battle) striking their necks and they strike your necks?" They said, " Of course ." He (PBUH) said, "Remembrance of Allah the Exalted (Dhikr)."

Narrated by Ahmed

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

[ أَلَا أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى مَا يَمْحُو اللهُ بِهِ الْخَطَايَا وَيَرْفَعُ بِهِ الدَّرَجاتِ ؟
قَالُوا : بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ،
قَالَ : إِسْبَاغُ الْوُضُوءِ عَلَى الْمَكَارِهِ ، وَكَثْرَةُ الْخُطَا إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ ، وَانْتِظَارُ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ فَذَلِكُمْ الرِّبَاطُ.]

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.

إِسْبَاغُ = إتمام وإحسان.
الْمَكَارِهِ = المشقة مثل البرد الشديد.
الرِّبَاطُ = حبس النفس على الطاعة.

The Prophet (PBUH) said,

"Shall I not tell you something by which Allah effaces the sins and elevates your ranks ( in Paradise )? They said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah! He (PBUH ) said, "Performing the ablution properly in spite of the difficulties, the increased steps towards the mosques and waiting for the next prayer after observing a prayer . That is the Ribat (The firm hold)."

Narrated by Muslim.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

( يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ قَيْسٍ أَلاَ أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى كَنْزٍ مِنْ كُنُوزِ الْجَنَّةِ؟ )
فَقُلْتُ : بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ.
قَالَ: ( قُلْ لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ. )

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.

The Prophet (PBUH) said,

"O 'Abdullah Ben Qais, would you like to be guided to one of the treasures of Paradise.?" I said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." So he told me to say: " There is no power and no might except by Allah."

Narrated by Muslim.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

"وَصِيَامُ يَوْمِ عَاشُورَاءَ أَحْتَسِبُ عَلَى اللهِ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ السَّنَةَ الَّتِي قَبْلَهُ"

رَوَاهُ مسلم.

The Prophet (PBUH) said,

"Fasting the Day of Ashura, for indeed I anticipate that Allah will forgive the sins of the year before it."

Narrated by Muslim.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
"لئن بقِيتُ إلى قابلٍ لأصومَنَّ التاسعَ"

رواه مسلم.

The Prophet (PBUH) said,

"If I remain alive till the next year ,
I would observe fast on the ninth ( of Muharram )."
