*శిక్షణ వ్యవధి:* Welding (వెల్డింగ్) = 60 రోజులు & Scaffolding (పరంజా) = 45 రోజులు మినహా అన్ని కోర్సులకు 90 రోజుల వ్యవధి ఉంటుంది

*Qualification for enrollment in Training (శిక్షణలో నమోదుకు అర్హత)*

1. Age limit - 18 years completion to below 35 years (వయోపరిమితి-18 సంవత్సరాల నుండి 35 సంవత్సరాల కంటే తక్కువ వయస్సు)
2. Physical Fitness - Min. height 155 cm & Min. weight 45 kg (ఫిజికల్ ఫిట్‌నెస్ - కనిష్ట. ఎత్తు 155 cm & Min. బరువు 45 కిలోలు)
3. Education - 5th class and above for all trades except Electrician, Welding & Plumbing where respective ITI qualification is required. Diploma holders & Graduates not eligible to apply. Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation ( APSSDC) in association with WhatsApp India , National Skill Development Corporation along with InfiSpark launching - *WhatsApp - NSDC Digital Skills Academy Program*.

*Program Details:*
As per the figures in October 2021, 400+ million Indians were found to be active users of WhatsApp. With this growth, WhatsApp sees a need of contributing to the skilling space and hence empowering youth with technology and equipping the students with Entrepreneurial and Employment Skills.

*Objective:*
The aim is to empower students with not just the development trainings on the important aspect of *Employability Skills, General Data Privacy & Cybersecurity followed by Financial Literacy and Nano Entrepreneurship*, but also to cultivate the skills, this program provided a playground as a part of *WhatsApp Skill Stars Program*, which is an exclusive offering to selected students to become Evangelist and become the leaders that influence other students to grow alongside. This exclusive program aims to develop communication skills, leadership, community building skills, public speaking, creativity, collaboration, and challenge student to think on their feet.
