Our CEO, Gonzalo Araújo, just wrapped up a three-day visit to Oaxaca, Mexico where he closed a deal with AVODELI, an avocado growers association, to start planting avocados on a massive scale. This marks the beginning of the AvocadoCoin and GreenGold project operational phase, which is set to revolutionize agriculture on a global level starting right here in Mexico.

We're kicking off this project with a single hectare, strategically located near the Oaxaca International Airport, to allow for easy access for national and international journalists and investors to see the workings of the Agro 5.0, IoT, Blockchain, Quantum Dots and the innovative use of water resources, organic pesticides, natural bio-stimulants, and subsoil drip irrigation with waste reuse through induced drainage. This is just the beginning, as we plan to expand to 40 hectares in the first year, and then continue to grow across Mexico and eventually the world.

This is a huge step for AvocadoCoin and our team, led by our CEO, who have been working hard for the past 8 months to make this join a reality. Not only does this bring sustainable products like fresh sustainable avocados and avocado-based cosmetics, oils, teas, and more to the market, but it also plays a crucial role in eradicating hunger and increasing food production.

We have some exciting news to share with you all. Our CEO, Gonzalo Araújo, recently met with Carlos Mendez, a renowned leader in the avocado and sustainable agriculture industry. During the meeting, Carlos expressed his strong interest in our project and desire to make it a lifelong venture.

For those of you who may not be familiar, Carlos is an expert in avocado production and has written several books and papers on the subject. He has been involved in the industry since the age of 13 and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is also the creator of the Mendez avocado variety, which is one of the main avocado varieties and the second most planted in states like Jalisco.

Carlos' involvement in our project will be incredibly valuable. Not only does he bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in sustainable agriculture, but he also has access to experts and scientists, investment funds in Canada, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates, thousands of growers and an international community he has built in the industry.

We are currently evaluating the conditions for Carlos' participation in our project and are excited about the possibilities this opportunity brings. We will keep you updated as we move forward in negotiations.
