By 2033, the city will be cleaner, greener, and more technologically advanced. Dubai is preparing to meet climate challenges and accommodate population growth.

By 2040, 3.5 million trees will be planted across the city, bringing the total area of green spaces to 187km².

By 2033, 40% of buildings will be constructed using smart technologies, including 3D printing and robotic systems.
☑️ Rainwater Drainage System
The $8 billion Tasreef project will increase the capacity of Dubai's rainwater drainage system by 700%. The network will be able to handle 20 million m³ of water per day.
☑️ Moving Away from Landfills
By 2033, the aim is to reduce daily waste generation per capita to 1.8kg and divert waste to alternative treatment methods.

The technology will help monitor the city, forecast changes, and improve infrastructure management.
