Dragon Ball Z and anime super close to my heart, follows the adventures of Son Goku who, along with the Z Warriors, defends the Earth against evil.

The action adventures are entertaining and reinforce the concept of good versus evil.

It also teaches valuable character virtues such as teamwork, loyalty, and trustworthiness.

Emotional Quotient.

E.Q. is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions in a more positive way to communicate effectively, empathise with others, to overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.

It helps you build stronger relationships, succeed at school and work, and achieve your career and I'd even argue that, nowadays when recruiting someone for your organisation, E.Q. is considered significantly important than I.Q.

So today, let's talk about Emotional Quotient.
Comment below what do you think about E.Q. over I.Q.
