2️⃣ Affecting other couriers. If you don't arrive at the restaurant on time, you unbalance the cooking time algorithm, which could result in another courier having to wait longer for their food at the restaurant.
3️⃣ You waste time on orders you can't deliver. Exclusively for cars, there are several locations in the city where orders cannot be transported by a two-wheeled vehicle due to size, fragility of the item or other reasons. If you arrive at a restaurant with an incorrect vehicle, the restaurant staff may refuse to hand over an order.
If we receive repeated complaints about the wrong type of vehicle, the courier's account may be blocked. ❌
Please select the correct vehicle type in the app! 🙏
