How to use this option ⬇️
👉 When you receive your order from a restaurant in PC Europa, immediately go to the Information Centre on the ground floor.
👉 Show to the person in charge that you have an order from the restaurant here on your phone, on the Bolt Food app, and dictate the registration number of your vehicle.
👉 Pick up your order from the restaurant and successfully drive out of the car park.
❗️If Information center is open - you can use the service at:❗️
Monday to Saturday from 10am to 9pm.
Sundays from 10am to 8pm.

The purpose of the redispatch is to ensure that you can easily cancel an order, if you have a valid reason, without having to contact a customer service agent. In case of problems such as: vehicle breakdown, no parking, etc., too long a distance to the customer or restaurant, order not ready when you arrive, etc., you will be able to make use of this function

❗️ When you accept an order, you will see the customer's name at the bottom of the app, next to the information symbol "i", which will take you to the next window, then click on the red "unassign" button and select the reason why your order will not be able to be processed. If you really want to cancel your order, please confirm again by clicking on the red "unassign" button - you are done, your order will be assigned to another courier.
We believe that this feature will help you to handle the problems you encounter during the order delivery even better, so please use it responsibly! Thank you for your understanding and we wish you smooth orders! 🚘 ⚡️ 🚲
