We would like to inform you about some important updates to our operational procedures, effective starting next week (19.06.2023) .
These changes are specifically applicable to unattended deliveries, where the customer is not present at the delivery location, is not reachable.
💡Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure a smooth implementation:
For all orders, in case you are not able to get in touch with the customer, do the following
1️⃣ Ring/knock the door or building for the customer’s attention
2️⃣ In case there is no response, please try the following:
3️⃣ Call the customer at least 3 times in a 5-minute frame to inform them of your arrival.
If the customer is still unresponsive, follow the appropriate process below:
1️⃣ Take a photo of the order with the apartment/building number visible ensuring the photo captures the order and the customer’s apartment number or any other visible identifier.
2️⃣ Take a screenshot of the calls made to the customer
3️⃣ Send the photo of the order and the screenshot of the calls to Support with a message customer is not responding
❗️Cashless Orders (No Alcohol or any other products with age restrictions) - Unattended Deliveries:
💡After following the above steps, in case of no contact with customer and sending pictures to CS, leave the order at the customer’s door or where the customer has asked (in case there is a note to the order).
❗️Cashless Orders (With Alcohol or any other products with age restrictions) - Unattended Deliveries:
💡For cashless orders containing alcohol and unattended deliveries, after following the above steps, in case of no contact with customer and sending pictures to CS, it is crucial that you do not leave the order at the customer’s door under any circumstances. In such cases, please dispose the order.

❗️Bezskaidras naudas pasūtījumi (ar alkoholu vai citiem produktiem ar vecuma ierobežojumiem) - Piegāde ja klients nav sasniedzams:
💡Bezskaidras naudas pasūtījumiem, kas satur alkoholu un bez uzraudzības veiktām piegādēm, pēc iepriekš minēto darbību veikšanas, kontakta ar klientu un bilžu nosūtīšanas uz CS, ir būtiski, lai pasūtījumu nekādā gadījumā neatstātu pie klienta durvīm. Šādos gadījumos, lūdzu, atbrīvojieties no pasūtījuma.
