🇱🇻 Hei! 👋

📍 Mēs ieviešam jaunu funkciju, lai uzlabotu samaksas sistēmu un paaugstinātu kurjeru ieņēmumus pīķu stundu laikā. 🤑

Bolt Food komanda 💚

🇬🇧 Hey! 👋

📍 We're introducing a new feature to improve pricing system and increase courier earnings during peak hours. 🤑

What is Surge Pricing?
Surge Pricing is a dynamic pricing system that allows us to increase courier earnings based on demand and other factors during peak times. It ensures that you receive additional compensation when the demand for deliveries is high, and thus encourages you to take advantage of these busy periods.

How does Surge Pricing work?
The multiplier represents the surge factor, which is applied to the standard scheduled pricing in Telegram.
For example, let’s consider that scheduled multiplier is x1.5 . If you check your courier app and notice that the surge multiplier is x1.2, your earnings for that particular delivery would be calculated by multiplying the scheduled pricing by the surge multiplier. 1.5 x 1.2 = 1.8. 🔥

How will you stay informed?
To ensure that you have all the necessary information at your fingertips, we have made updates to our communication channels. We will continue to share the courier tariffs via Telegram channel with the link to pricing on Google Site, and now, surge pricing information will also be available on your courier app. In order to see this feature, make sure that you are using the latest version of the app, and update the app if you are not. Before accepting any order, you will be able to see the upfront earnings, which will include the surge multipliers applicable during specific periods. This transparency will help you plan your deliveries more effectively and maximize your earnings.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.

Thank you for your continued dedication and contribution.
Bolt Food team 💚️️️️️️

Piemērs, kā tas apmēram izskatīsies lietotnē. / Example, how will it approximately look in the application.

🇬🇧 in short 👆

We will multiply the multiplier communicated to you if city is busy. The values you will see in the app.
For example: If we have communicated x1.50 multiplier, and in-app you receive notification that surge is active with x1.25 value - it means that communicated multiplier - x1.50 will be multiplied by x1.25 = x1.87 🔥🔥🔥
