Vēlamies atgādināt par nepieciešamību vienmēr izmantot piegādes somu.

📍Obligāti pārliecinieties, ka piegādes soma ir pilnībā aizvērta visā piegādes laikā - no pasūtījuma saņemšanas restorānā līdz nodošanai klientam, lai ēdiens ilgāk saglabātu savu temperatūru;
📍Regulāri pārbaudiet, vai soma ir tīra un labi uzturēta - somas tīrības nodrošināšana ir Jūsu atbildība;
📍Somas bojājuma gadījumā jaunu piegādes somu var iegādāties mūsu tiešsaistes veikalā.

‼️ Diemžēl, sūdzību gadījumā par piegādes somas neizmantošanu, piekļuve Jūsu profilam var tikt ierobežota.

Paldies, ka palīdzat mums nodrošināt augstas kvalitātes servisu! 💚

🇬🇧 Dear partners! 👋

We would like to remind you about the importance of always using a delivery bag.

📍Make sure the delivery bag is fully closed throughout the entire delivery - from picking up the order at the restaurant to handing it over to the customer - this helps keep the food at the right temperature;
📍Regularly check that your bag is clean and in good condition - maintaining cleanliness is your responsibility;
📍If your bag is damaged, you can purchase a new one from our online shop.

‼️ Please note that in case of complaints about not using a thermal bag, access to your profile may be restricted.

Thank you for helping us maintain high-quality service! 💚

🇱🇻 Cienījamie partneri! 👋

Vēlamies informēt, ka saistībā ar videokontroles ieviešanu objektā Saharova ielā 3A, no šī brīža mainās stāvēšanas kārtība Bolt Market Saharova pasūtījumu piegādes laikā.

📍 Katram transportlīdzeklim ir pieejamas 10 bezmaksas minūtes, kuru laikā nav jāveic nekādas papildu darbības.
📍 Gadījumā, ja, gaidot pasūtījumu, objektā uzturaties ilgāk par 10 minūtēm, Jums ir pienākums noskenēt objektā izvietoto QR kodu un reģistrēt transportlīdzekļa valsts reģistrācijas numuru.
📍 QR kods ir pieejams Bolt Market Saharova telpās. Veicot reģistrāciju, tiek piešķirtas papildu 10 bezmaksas minūtes.

Vēršam uzmanību, ka:
📍 reģistrācijas vienas iebraukšanas laikā netiek summētas, un nav iespējams saņemt vairāk nekā 10 papildu minūtes;

🇬🇧 Dear partners! 👋

We would like to inform you that due to the introduction of video surveillance at Saharova Street 3A, the parking procedure for couriers during Bolt Market Saharova order deliveries has changed as of now.

📍 Each vehicle is granted 10 free minutes, during which no additional action is required.
📍 If, while waiting for an order, you remain on the premises for longer than 10 minutes, you are required to scan the QR code displayed on-site and register your vehicle’s license plate number.
📍 The QR code is available inside the Bolt Market Saharova premises. Upon registration, an additional 10 free minutes will be granted.

Please note that:
📍 registrations during a single entry do not accumulate, and it is not possible to receive more than 10 additional minutes;
📍 after using the additional 10 minutes, the premises must be left.

⚠️ Important: If a vehicle remains on the premises longer than the permitted time, a fine will be issued in accordance with the parking regulations.
We kindly ask you to follow these guidelines to avoid misunderstandings and possible penalties.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you pleasant deliveries! 💚
