Maharashtra and goa govt didn't create vacancies for bhms drs then the all the homoeopaths of state and the homoeopathic medical college faculty creats pressure of government , atleast college should involve in this movement
Every year students enrolled in colleges, if there is no job surity for present and upcoming drs so there is no use of these colleges
This is a little bit longer process but gives us result
On daily basis we have to tag social media platforms (facebook, instagram, twitter,youtube,)and electronic media and print media of govt , administrative officers, big politician of both ruling and opposition parties
Every day homoeopathic doctors and students write messages about job and job creations for homoeopaths

Regularly the delegations of homoeopaths meets cm, govt minister's, administration give them gypan
Or give gypan by the mode of
Dupty collector , district collector , by Divisional commissioners

Took help of eminent personality different fields viz industralist , media , MLA ,MP , writers , regarding job creation for homoeopathic doctors

Job creation in filed of viz
As
Homoeopathic medical officers in PHCs,CHCs, Sub District Hospitals, Satellites Hospitals , District Hospitals,
Medical collages , Research Centres,
As Community health Officers
In Rastriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK )
Rastriya Kishor Kishori Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK )

Job in Non communicable diseases (NCD)
In labour room as Dakshata mentor
As epidemiologist
As counsellor in cm health scheme , ayusmaan bharat schemes

Job under NHM and permanent post in different posts in different programes viz states and centreal govtverment

Or can established regional centre of
NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOMOEOPATHY (NIH )

All these strategy creates government jobs
I am sure all govt needs support and vote
And homoeopathic dr are not alone they having families and relatives and social circle this creates a big pressure on every political group

And govt didn't having any finicial problem in job creation
Only one person who can explain better govt how homoeopathy helps in development of health sectors
And over all population well being
