Hello Everyone,
I wanted to give you quick update. This last Monday on 3rd of June, while calculating ROI, we had a glitch in our servers and for that reason small percentage of members didn’t get the ROI in their earning wallets.
First of all we are sorry that this happened and because of that few members had to suffer. But good news is that we have fixed the issue and definitely we will not have this issue again.
Now how to compensate those affected?
We could have paid double ROI to the ones who missed this last Monday but as per our system build it is not possible. It was possible only if ROI was not calculated at all for no one, just like it wasn’t calculated at all in February and we paid double ROI to everyone.
So what other option do we have now?
So the options we have left now is to pay manually to those who got affected or extend their contract length for one week.
We have decided to extend the contract time for one week but I want to assure you that we are also looking to compensate those who missed this Monday return, so we might compensate you in few weeks.
We are sure that you will understand the current situation and will cooperate with us as we have build great working relationship in last 10 months and we are looking forward to continue and strengthen this relationship. Thank you !
