5 Tips for Every Beginner Including If I was starting Today.
1. Don’t Become a PDF Collector
Don’t run after every course, notes, or material available online. You don’t need to become a PDF collector—you want to become a Grade B Officer. Stick to 1–2 sources at most, revise them multiple times, and do them properly.
2. Consistency Matters Till the Exam, Not for a Few Days
Most students make the mistake of studying intensely for a few days and then losing momentum. You just need to study consistently for 3–4 hours daily over the next 6–8 months, targeting around 30–40 hours weekly. Don’t stress yourself too much. First understand the concepts, then practice a lot—that is sufficient. Sometimes this 6-8 months could be 2-3 attempts too but don't worry if you are consistent you would get your spot.
3. Focus on Your Own Journey
Focus on your syllabus completion, your practice, and your consistency instead of comparing yourself with others and getting demotivated. You need to build your basics, ready yourself first before competing for the final spot.
4. Understand the Syllabus and Eliminate Redundant Things
Not everything is important. Not everything is required for the exam. Understanding the syllabus properly and removing unnecessary things from your preparation will help you reach your destination faster.
5. At the End, It’s Just Another Job
But that job can completely change the way society and people look at you and treat you. Right now, you may not fully understand it, but later it will become very clear.
Your Career Decision should be based on what is best case scenario for you, don't get driven by unnecessary charm of different jobs. Don't let market manipulate your dream for their gain.

Bengaluru-based gold refiner and jeweler Rajesh Exports is facing a massive corporate governance scandal following a Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) investigation. The regulator alleges the company misrepresented approximately Rs 15.15 lakh crore ($182 billion) of revenue between FY21 and FY25, with 97% to 99% of its reported consolidated revenue potentially being false or inflated.
If this becomes True, it's going to be biggest Corporate Fraud in India and have huge impact on Economy in near term which is already facing multiple issues due to West Asia Crisis.
