Panchayats Extension to Scheduled Areas (PESA) Act, 1996
The Constitution’s Fifth Schedule empowers the government to establish Scheduled Areas in states where Scheduled Tribes (STs) reside (not including the states of Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura and Mizoram). At present, 10 states have Fifth Scheduled Areas: Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Telangana have framed their PESA Rules. Odisha and Jharkhand have framed their draft PESA Rules.
Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura and Mizoram: Under Article 244 of the Indian Constitution, these four states are specially covered under the Sixth Schedule. This provision safeguards the rights of the indigenous tribal populations through the formation of Autonomous District Councils (ADCs).

Sagarmala 2.0 is proposed as the next phase of the Sagarmala Programme launched in March 2015, building upon its achievements while adopting a broader and more integrated national vision for the maritime sector outlined in MIV (Maritime India Vision) 2030 and MAKV (Maritime Amrit Kaal Vision) 2047. It is supported with ₹85,482 crore, aims to catalyze ₹3.6 lakh crore in investment.

After looking at the questions asked in RBI Assistant, many of you reached out asking what should be done for RBI Grade B.
The major concern is the static nature of questions. But these questions are not completely static—they are static concepts linked with current affairs.
I don’t think anything new should be done right now. Your focus should be on revision as much as possible.
Yesterday, I posted 10–12 questions here in the channel, and after that, I created another 45 questions from the April current affairs coverage.

At this stage, you shouldn't study new things rather work on Active recall, identify patterns, and learn how to eliminate options under exam pressure.
