What can happen in 8 Months from Now if you are consistent?

You can clear either SEBI or RBI or Both. Both the exams would happen early next year, first SEBI and then RBI.

So, what can be done in 8 months?

You can complete the syllabus, practice QRE, do the revision, practise answer writing, and be ready for RBI Grade B.

Similarly you can read all 6 Subjects of SEBI Grade A, revise them, practice chapter wise and mock tests, do the Descriptive English Practice and be ready.

But will it happen automatically?

Definitely Not. And especially if you are working, because consistency is the biggest issue here. You may think there is lots of competition, 1 lakh students compete or fill the form, but nothing like that. The competition is among the 2,000 students who are consistent for 8-10 months.

Lots of student plan, purchase course and try to be consistent in parts but only few stays consistent till the end and ultimately complete things one by one and first clear Phase I, then Phase II and go for Interview and ultimately get selected.

Here is another thing, RBI Grade B interview is not like some other interview here they test your knowledge, understanding depth and spontaneity, 6 members, your bio data Infront of them, it goes from 20-45 min, so you need to create that mindset from the beginning.

Similarly there is SEBI too, already some vacancies have been approved and it will increase further, now is the right time to start for it. Here your selection depends on Performance in Paper II and Descriptive English and your competitors would be the one who would give PFRDA Grade A Mains.

Do not wait for the notification to start. Start now, complete things one by one, revise regularly and keep practising. The next 8 months can decide where you stand when SEBI and RBI notifications arrive.
