Rayhona is a bit shy but very curious and loves learning in silence. She might not be exceptional at English, but she is certainly good at several other subjects. Perhaps it is because she is likely to earn all the necessary certificates by the time she graduates. I believe every teacher wishes to have a good listener like her.
We, the CA team, wish her the brightest, purest, and wisest prospects in the academic field.

Some people think that zoos are cruel and should be closed down. Others, however believe that zoos can be useful in protecting wild animals.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
That is argued by some that keeping animals in zoos is a brutal practice and that such institutions ought to be abolished as a result, while others think that zoos play a vital role in safeguarding endangered species and raising awareness among the public. I believe that zoos are important places to show the wild life to people and to teach how we are supposed to treat animals closer rather than see in imaginary life or in distance.
Critics of zoos claim that locking animals to artificial enclosures limits them of their natural habitats and instincts. For instance, wild animals such as wolves and giraffes are accustomed to wandering vast territories, but when placed in captivity, they often suffer from boredom, stress, and abnormal behaviours such as pacing or self-harm. Furthermore, opponents argue that commercial zoos frequently prioritise entertainment and profit over animal welfare, reducing these creatures to mere attractions for visitors. From this perspective, the existence of zoos appears to be a violation of animal rights.
On the other hand, supporters of zoos highlight their important contribution to conservation and education. Many certain species, such as panda or the white rhino, have been saved from the brink of extinction through breeding programmes conducted in zoological parks. In addition, zoos provide researchers with access to animals for scientific study, which can inform strategies for protecting wildlife in the wild. Equally important, zoos expose children and adults to creatures they would otherwise never encounter, fostering greater empathy and awareness of environmental issues. Without these institutions, public understanding of biodiversity might remain limited.
In my view, while the ethical concerns regarding animal captivity should not be ignored, the educational and conservation benefits of zoos outweigh their drawbacks. Visiting zoos allows people to observe wildlife closely, which is far more impactful than reading about animals in textbooks or watching them in documentaries. This direct experience can inspire future generations to respect and protect nature. Moreover, well-regulated zoos are continuously improving living conditions by creating larger, more naturalistic enclosures, thereby reducing cruelty and enhancing the welfare of animals under their care.
In conclusion, although some people believe zoos are cruel institutions that must be shut down, others argue they are vital for conservation and public education. I personally maintain that zoos, when managed responsibly, serve as essential platforms for both protecting endangered species and fostering human appreciation of wildlife.

The graph provides information about how many foreign tourists visited three destinations in one European country from 1987 to 2007. Overall, it is clear that the figure for all areas increased during this time, albeit to varying degrees. Moreover, the coast stood out among its counterparts in the final year, despite a decline at the beginning.
Looking at the graph in more detail, the number of foreigners visiting the coast saw an increase. In 1987, starting at 40 thousand, people visiting the coast decreased slightly to 35 thousand in 1992. Following this, there was a dramatic growth to approximately 75 thousand in the number of guests in 2007.
In contrast, the quantity of visitors to the mountains and lakes was close to each other at the beginning. Between 1987 and 1992, the mountains experienced a gradual improvement from 20,000 to 30,000, after which it levelled off during the next 5 years. After a marginal rise, it reached 35 thousand in the final year. Meanwhile, the number of visitors to the lakes started the trend at the bottom, at 10 thousand. After this, the number of visitors started growing significantly during a decade, reaching 40 thousand. After further improvement, the figure reached its peak of about 75 thousand, and then decreased considerably to 50 thousand in 2007.

Some people say libraries are important in society as a place to get information and use books. Others say as computers are advanced, libraries are a waste of money and recourses. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Libraries have always been an essential component of educating society and sharing useful information with the public. While some critics state that libraries are no longer significant and a waste of money and resources, there are still a number of people who oppose this view. In my opinion, libraries play an important role in todayβs world.
As the internet has made it easy for people to access e-books and a wide range of reading materials, the importance of physical libraries is being questioned by many people. The convenience that the internet is offering to readers has made the physical libraries irrelevant in todayβs world. People do not have to visit remote places to access libraries as they can read materials online anywhere at any time. Another important argument that critics mention is the operating costs of physical libraries. Conventional libraries have certain expenses that cannot be avoided such as communal bills, employee wages and the purchase of paper books. They must allocate a reasonable amount of money in order to maintain libraries properly. However websites donβt include such expenses.
However, I agree with those who think libraries play a significant role in society. For one thing, atmosphere and great facilities which are made specifically for readers can be a good example of why libraries are still relevant. People can study there with full concentration as libraries offer cozy and distraction-free environment. Also, readers can enjoy using facilities such as comfortable desks and special rooms for discussions, where they can cooperate with people who share similar interests and exchange ideas and knowledge together. In addition, the technologies that are offering many benefits for readers can also have negative impact on health. Reading books or other materials on a screen can result in several health issues such as headaches and poor eyesight. This issue can be avoided by using conventional libraries.
In conclusion, although critics state that libraries have less importance as the technologies developed a lot, I firmly believe that they still play a crucial role in todayβs world.
