​ Sub: Representation regarding pending results, New Notifications vacancy declarations, and the 2026 exam schedule.

​Respected Sir/Madam,
​We, the job aspirants of West Bengal, are writing this email to express our deep concern regarding the prolonged delays in various recruitment processes conducted by the Commission. The current state of uncertainty has placed thousands of candidates under immense mental pressure and depression.
​We earnestly request your immediate attention to the following points:

​ WBPSC Clerkship 2023 : Although the Part-II (Mains) exam was completed in December 2025, the results remain pending. We request the immediate publication of the result and the declaration of the maximum possible vacancies on the Commission's website
on an urgent basis to ensure a fair selection process.

​ Miscellaneous Services 2023: It has been nearly nine months since the Mains exam in August 2025. We urge the Commission to expedite the result publication and maximize the vacancy count for this recruitment.

​ WBCS 2024 Prelims : There is significant anxiety regarding the West Bengal Civil Service 2024 Preliminary exam. We request you to declare the official exam date immediately.

​ New Notifications & Exam Calendar : Many essential recruitment notifications have not been released for years. We request the Commission to publish new advertisements for vacant posts and issue a comprehensive Annual Exam Calendar to restore transparency.

​The lack of a clear timeline is severely affecting the future and well-being of the state's youth. We hope for a swift and positive response from the Commission to resolve these grievances.
