We, the WBP Constable 2024 aspirants, humbly request the Board to take all legally permissible steps for the earliest possible publication of the final result.
We are deeply concerned that reservation-related cases are being repeatedly mentioned before the Hon’ble Court, and that submissions are being made which, as we apprehend, may influence the Hon’ble Judge not to pronounce the final judgment in WPA 2877/2026 (Sudipta Chakraborty case), thereby preventing the Board from publishing the final result. At the same time, suggestions are reportedly being made before the Hon’ble Court to keep the horizontal vacancies on hold and publish the result with those vacancies withheld. This is not what we, the aspirants, want. We want the entire sanctioned vacancy, including all horizontal reservation vacancies, to be considered and the complete final result to be published together.

WPA 9537/2026
WPA 9538/2026

We therefore respectfully request the Board to:
- Take every legally permissible step for the early disposal/final judgment of WPA 2877/2026.
- If any legal procedure, application or appropriate step is available for expediting the final judgment, kindly pursue the same through the competent legal authority.
- Take all necessary legal and administrative measures to ensure that the complete WBP Constable 2024 final result is published as soon as possible, with all vacancies together.

শুধু Female দের ও আলাদা করে Cut Off হয়। সেটা আলোচনা করতে ভুলে গেছি।
