Consultative Workshop “ASEAN Framework for an Integrated ICT Talent & Skill Qualifications”

Cambodia Development Center (CD-Center), the Implementing Agency – in coordination with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Project Proponent, organized the Consultative Workshop on the “ASEAN Framework for an Integrated ICT Talent & Skill Qualifications” via hybrid format on 30th December, 2025.
The workshop brought together representatives from ASEAN sectoral bodies, government agencies, academia, and development partners to exchange views, validate key findings, and provide inputs toward the refinement of a regional framework to strengthen ICT skills development and talent qualification across ASEAN.
